I got way more than my money's worth on this item. This shelf has cable management behind the plate, a ventilated shelf for my electronics, very easy assembly and installation, and a sleek, modern design versus the standard square shape. It looks high quality for a low price. The accessories were a nice bonus that you just don't think about until after installation. The shelf came with a 15 ft. HDMI cable that I used from my laptop to the TV, an LED keychain light that I used to connect my cables to the back of the TV. I also received 3 velcro ties that came in handy to keep all of my cables organized and run together. It even had a cleaning cloth that can be used for my screens. I will definitely be purchasing another one and also one in silver for my other rooms. I highly recommend this product and this company. Very sturdy, made of good materials and the hardware that is supplied is heavy duty,its almost overkill for the way it attaches to the wall.It matches the Cheetah Tv wall mount that I also bought. The cable tunnel is plenty big enough I have 3 HDMI's, 2 RCA'S,1 component =*5*wires,1 digital sound, 1 optical wire,1 LAN,2 sets of speaker wires,1 cable TV wire and 3 power cords.The HDMI cable that is included as part of the kit is nicer than most that you will find at a electronics big box store. To buy this cable at that same Big Box Store you would pay more for it alone than the combo from Amazon. This is a no brainer for mounting the cable box under your wall mounted TV and it is more than capable of holding the weight of several items like the cable box,surround sound box or S.S. bar, PS 4 or Xbox 1.Theres about 3 extra inches on each side of my FIOS box,makes for a great place to sit remote controls. This shelf is certainly a beast. I gave it a four star rating due to how hard it was to actually predict the size of it before it's arrival, and ultimately I couldn't use it because of that.The fact that it comes with the braided HDMI cable and cable ties is an amazing touch (I believe it may also come with a level, don't hold me to it though). The quality of the shelf is amazing, made of some sort of metal, awfully heavy to be aluminum. Very sturdy when assembled and has plenty of options for installation in drywall, brick/concrete and studs.The metal look is also moderately industrial, which is something to consider when purchasing, this is not a very decorative shelf, and takes some prepared installation.

Firstly, the assembly is very strange. You need to stack together a bunch of different parts to build the back column and the actual shelf together. Among those parts are some plastic parts that make the construction weak and which also can be squeezed out of shaped upon tightening the long bolts that go through the column. Also the supplied allen keys did not fit properly in the bolt heads, so I had to find my own set to get it done.I bought this for an A/V receiver unit that is exactly 22 lbs. This shelf does NOT support the weight. The shelf tilted so far downward under the weight that I was worried that it would either give in completely and snap or just slowly keep bending down until the receiver would fall off.There's a mounting plate that is screwed into the wall. The mounting plate sat completely flush with the wall and did not budge. All the flex was in the actual shelf/column construction.A note about the mounting plate, though: it comes prepared for 4 screws. There are 4 curved, elongated holes in the corners. Now on paper this is a great idea because if one or more wall anchors are slightly out of position, you can still adjust the mounting plate to sit level because of the shape of those holes. HOWEVER, if a screw is placed close to the outside edge of the mounting plate it will interfere with mounting the shelf to the mounting plate because of how the back of the column is shaped.Even though this shelf might work ok for carrying a wifi router or something similar, I would not recommend anyone to buy this because of the ridiculous design.Now I've got a bunch of holes to fill and paint before buying a better shelf. I'd appreciate it if you'd mount it to your wall with the supplied 620 screws before realizing you can't actually sit on it. You can just return it to me afterwards. I figure that would make us even. If you pay for couch shipping that is. And a courtesy fee of $50 for my wasted labor.

This is an outstanding wall-mount shelving bracket. I cannot tell you the number of times that I've ordered a product and when it arrives I am disappointed in how flimsy and/or cheaply-made it is. This is about as good as it gets. You always take a chance when you order a product without seeing it first-hand and more times than not, you're going to be disappointed. Not here; this shelf is extremely sturdy, looks great, and is very, very well priced. Just look at others on Amazon. There are some that are made of flimsy-looking plastic that are selling twice as much as this one. Read the product description and dimensions to make sure that it fits where you need it. You're not going to find one that's made any better than this.

I will first state the shelves were perfect for both my needs and their strength and usefulness!However it goes far beyond these facts. When assembling my third shelf, I realized there were 2 critical parts missing, which literally left me unable to complete my installation and tv hook up. I immediately contacted the CHEETAH COMPANY, and within a mere few days, they remained in contact with me, and had delivered to me (cost free) all the necessary parts for project completion of my living room tv and stereo installation.No product or company fail safe, but the CHEETAH COMPANY has proven Customer Service IS THE KETSTONE PRACTICE, for customer satisfaction and future potential business and positive recommendations.These good folks will not leave you behind after the sale!*****!!!

Everything was there and easy to put together until mounting it to the wall. The holes (size they say you should drill into the wall) seemed to be too big for the mounting hardware and things didn't line up properly when screwing the stand to the wall mount. It works well enough to use it.

Excellent product well thought out and easy to assemble. Great value for money considering the free Hdmi lead would cost a few quid and even the heavy duty dry wall fixings supplied cost a bit also. The shelf is very sturdy and the D line Trunking I already have fits very nicely in the back cover to conceal all the wires. Even supplies a cute keyring with light and a cloth to clean the TV screen. Flawless service Top notch product with great added free extras and all the fittings you will need. :>)
