After having it up to HERE with leather belts that would bend and roll at the back because my waist to hip ratio wasn't small enough for it to lay flat, I decided to try elasticized belts with my jeans. (Honestly, not having the bulk at the buckle seemed nice too) Most of my jeans are slightly bigger in the waist than I need in order to fit my hips so, I needed something to mitigate the difference without rolling or bending. Especially when I would sit or bend. It's probably notable to say that I prefer Midrise or higher jeans. I'm not sure if this belt is effective on a lower rise pant. I was honestly surprised at how much I like this belt. I did try the 'clear' type of belt as seen on TV, but I wasn't a huge fan of the look, even though It was mostly hidden. This belt isn't as 'strong' elastically as that, but does a good job keeping the back gap covered and keeping my jeans from riding downward too much when I sit or bend. It is also way more comfortable than a leather belt, which was a surprising bonus. No it won't keep my pants locked up in place as well as a stiff leather belt, but it does a sufficient job with way more comfort than a stronger belt. Because the elastic isn't as 'tight' as other belts of this type, it is also easier when I have to unbuckle it during the day, as it doesn't snap back as far. Other belts I've used have resulted in me having to fish them back through the loops and spend time twisting the belt back so it's flat again every time I have to unbuckle. The thicker size and slightly less elasticity help control that a bit, which is nice.

I ordered both brown and black adjustable stretch belt. I bought it because of the description, no show flat buckle, non-slip backing. The items arrived together on the estimated delivery date. It is truly what is described. I was using the hip hugger before. I liked it so much and used it for years that the time has come for a replacement. I am tired of the small holes made by my belt buckle on the front of my shirts and the bulge that it makes under my shirts. I don't like tucking my shirts. I have the perennial problem of the gaping back because most pants do not fit right on me. The hip hugger solved that problem. As I was searching for it, I stumbled upon this adjustable belt. The reviews were good and the non-slip backing was a plus. I have used both colors on different pants. It was easy enough to adjust although it takes some trial and error to get the right fit. I had to take it off to adjust and put it back on. It would have been nice if it could be adjusted while I was wearing it. BUT, I am really happy with it. It lays flat, no bulk on the pants I have worn with under my tops. Another great thing about it is that it truly is non slip, I have worn it with Prana leggings that I got on sale where the waist is weirdly loose on me and it stayed in place the whole time I had it on. I wore a loose top though as the waist of the legging bulged a bit when I cinched it. I had to put the belt about an inch below the waistline of the legging though to make sure it stayed in place. It would not have bulged I guess if it was at the very top of the waistline. But I did not want it slipping off. Overall, I am glad I tried this product. The price is right and it delivers on its promise. I will definitely purchase it again.

This is my third belt of this style. I like this style because it moves with me. The first brand I bought had a weird buckle that was meant to be in the shape of a B. The way it latched (for lack of better words) was just not quite right enough and sometimes it would come unlatched if I moved around in a weird way. I eventually accidentally stepped on the buckle because I didn't listen to my mom as a kid and I didn't put my pants in the basket, so I had to buy another. The second brand I bought had a nice steel buckle. It wasn't too large and it was much sturdier. That is probably my favorite and I wish I had bought that one again. My dog chewed that one when I dropped it on the floor and didn't bother to pick it up right away. Finally there is this one. The buckle is great. It doesn't come undone, it is small, and just probably the best one. I don't tuck my shirts in so no one ever sees the buckle anyway. The belt itself is blah. The elastic is thinner than the other two brands of similar belts I have had. By thinner I mean in both the essential width of the belt and the quality of the elastic thickness. That creates and issue as my waste isn't flat, at all. So it essentially rolls with my rolls. Neither of the other two brands did this and this is the most frustrating issue with the belt. It is also the reason it gets 3 stars. The non-stick back makes this the only belt of the ones I've tried actually useful if you're using it with pants/shorts that have no belt loops. I don't use it in that manner, but they all show that you can put them over leggings or whatever and frankly, this one is the only one that could probably accomplish that with the non-stick back. I'll continue to fiddle with this for a while since I don't want to bother to return it. I do not see myself buying it again nor recommending it to a friend, since those two things are usually the baseline for a "satisfaction" test.

LOVE the clasp! I used to get front closure bras mainly for the clasp type, and this is just like them. A reviewer had mentioned that, which is what helped me finalize the decision to buy this belt. I bought a flat stretch belt a couple of years ago but it had some type of closure I could never fully figure out, and a few places where I had to adjust. I hated it and gave it away. Since I don't wear belts often it didn't matter, but seeing an ad for this one peaked my interest. I went by a reviewer's comments and ordered the large size. Smart advice! Based on the sizing both may have worked for me so I wasn't sure. This is oh so comfy without being at its longest point, but also without being loose. The smaller one may or may not have fit me, but better safe than sorry. No regrets. The belt stretches nicely yet firm enough to hold pants up, while being kind to my belly.🤪 If you're at the cusp between the small and large size, I recommend sizing up. When I got the delivery notice I took a break to get it. I bought this for use with jeans/jean shorts, but was wearing leggings at the time. I tried it on just to check the sizing fit, and it was SO comfortable I never took it off the rest of the day. With leggings I didn't even unclasp to use the restroom. lol Convenient! 2nd day now and put it on with jean shorts before heading out over an hour ago. It hasn't been long but so far feels good, and I haven't had to adjust or pull up my shorts. I can see wearing this with some items that fit me still but are too tight at the waist; I can leave the button open and use this belt for closure. 😛 I don't wear belts often, and with weight gain couldn't use the ones I sometimes wore as the buckles left marks and hurt (some also did that when I was thinner anyway). I'm all set now with this one. VERY SATISFIED with my purchase.😁👍🏽

I really loved this belt and used it probably 6 days out of the week for around 7-8 months. My only issue with it is that it began to fray after probably 5-6 months. But that may be true across the board for elastic belts if they're worn that often. It's bad enough that I need another one now, and I may try a different brand this time to see how quickly it begins to fray. Overall, I found this belt to be very useful for keeping my pants/jeans/tights from sagging. One caveat ... be a little careful when you unhook it to use the restroom, as it can go flying out of one or two belt loops and end up dangling in the toilet water if you're not careful. Learned this the hard way. :) But if happened only once ... the rest of the time, I either left the belt fastened (I have a lot of stretchy pants/jeans and could just slip them down) or just made sure the opened clasp had kind of 'caught' on the nearest belt loops. One more note ... because of the fraying, I ordered a webbed, non-stretchy tactical belt with a flat clasp to try instead. I can't stand it ... the clasp is fine, but the belt material just folds in half instead of staying flat. I am overweight, but I don't adjust the belt really tight, so I guess it's either cheap material or just the nature of that kind of belt. I didn't have that problem with the stretchy belt.

Belts were difficult to assess in the on-line description. I ordered two which I will be returning. Far too thin for the belt loops
