Can this tripod is sturdy for Canon 5d mark 4 to hold with lenses 24-70? And 70-200?

I have used it with a Canon 80D and the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM Lens and it works fine. Of course the lens has a mount bracket in the middle to "balance'" the weight of the camera and lens together.

does Rangers have a replacement plate for the tripod? i want to mount extra plates on some of my larger lenses instead of the camera body.
