Logitech H570e Wired Headset Mono Headphones with Noise Cancelling - Black

I am in sales and am on the phone all day. This is such a comfortable fit, with amazing sound quality. I am on my second one and highly recommend if you looking for a good headset at a reasonable price. Super easy to set up, just plug in and go!

I bought this thinking it was going to be perfect for my home office needs. And it works exactly as advertised. Build quality and sound are excellent. And for anyone looking for a CORDED solution - it is great. BUT - I have subsequently purchased the Logi 301 Bluetooth model - and love NOT being "corded." Again, if you are sitting in one place and don't need to move around much (like, even to the kitchen for a coffee refill) this corded model is great.

I purchased this headphone with mic because I specifically wanted something that was high quality and only one ear. It worked great until I kept getting ejected from my calls and could not figure out why. After researching I found that there is a end call button on the box. This box falls on my desk between myself and my keyboard so it is hard not to push by accident. Also it kept announcing muting and non muting. I downloaded the app that goes with and was able to turn off the call introducing muting function but could not disable the call end button. Still on the search for the perfect headset.

Great headset and comfortable. You should consider buying something to hang it on. Mine is always laying around my desk and the cord is long.

I got the single ear option. Sound quality from the ear piece is good. Total silence when no one is talking. I don't find it nearly as nice as my old Plantronics headset that I have had for 10 years. The part that goes over your head is stiffer, heavier, and not as flexible. It also feels super cheap especially the control buttons which I find too close to headset. The cord is a little shorter than my Plantronics but it is decent. Anyway It works well with MS Teams as specified. Mic audio is decent. No complaints from anyone on calls. I am not sure what one of the buttons does though because there is no documentation. I also could do without the voice saying "mute on / mute off" when I press the mute button. That gets annoying after a while.

I'm a remote tech support worker so I'm on the phone 8-10 hours a day. I've gone through various headsets over the years. I prefer the mono headsets so I'm not completely isolated from my surroundings. It's always a struggle to find a headset that is comfortable, reliable and reasonably priced. This one fits the bill. The sound is clear and full and I have no issues hearing callers. No one has ever complained about my mic either. Critically to me is that it is lightweight and comfortable. I have headsets that are much more expensive than this, but they don't perform any better and for various reasons, I've found them disappointing. Also, it's unclear in the description, but the controls DO have a visual indicator that mute is engaged. A red light comes on right above the button when mute is turned on. These are the perfect balance of performance and cost.

Perfect for work from home calls, does not squeeze head too tight. Has great reception and doesn’t pick up too much background noise.

This is, well, this was my all time favorite headset. It has been my go to since 2019. I purchased a second one in 2021 that lasted until 2025. After that one went out I purchased the 3rd one. I am having the same issue but at a much shorter time frame. I have had this headset less than a year and the sound goes in and out. It goes from great sound quality to nonexistent. The quality just isn't there anymore and that is so disappointing.

O comprimento do cabo é ótimo e permite que você fique de pé, e até circule um pouco enquanto fala, e, neste caso, os comandos do fone são ótimos, aumentar e diminuir o volume, colocar no mudo ou até encerrar a ligação. Minha única preocupação é o material que cobre a aste do microfone, aqueles emborrachados que pegam muita poeira e que se desmancham com o tempo, espero que não seja o caso deste! Em resumo gostei muito e recomendo!

This product is exactly what you expect from Logitech, high quality and reliable. The boom mic picks up audio well for meetings, the adjustable buttons makes it easy to adjust the quick settings you need in meeting, such as changing volume, and easy to mute and unmute yourself. Can wear on either ear as you would hope from a mono headphone design. Due to it being Logitech, it won't be the cheapest option you can find, but the quality is what you pay for, so it is worth the extra few bucks to get these headphones.

Uso o produto profissionalmente e estou feliz com a compra, nada a reclamar. Ótima relação custo/benefício. O ganho é bom, tenho também o Microsoft Lifechat 3000 que é bem mais baixo, mesmo no volume máximo. O microfone é muito bom. Um plus que gostei muito é que quando vc usa o botão do mute no Teams, ele muta no software também. Resumo da ópera: pode comprar sem medo.
