Did not work but it does now

Tried it seven or eight times in a row didn't work and then it started working so is goodAnd I also noticed that it says 2019 on my disc and the one I ordered says 20/20 so I don't know if that's a mistake or what I wish they would have told me

darn tootin'

It arrived early, and worked just like the little training video said it would. BE PATIENT, it took a long time for my computer to think about it (like half a margarita) but it DID eventually show up with the opening screen. and then, click, bam, zoom, I was in like Flynn.

It doesn't work on my computer laptop

I tried using it and it would not boot up...I sent it back and got a new one and it boots and when I press a key to get started It won't start....I wait for it to say" type any key when ready" It just wont start
