Very impressed. I used this as part of a 9 day cleanse and have received bought so I have it for when I need it again. Cleared my nasal passages and unexpectedly solved a long term sinus problem I have had.Genius little product. Unpleasant putting it up your nose at first but you get used to it and the benefits are worth it.

Although it is not the most pleasant experience spitting mucus into the basin, the end result is well worth it. Being able to really breathe is a game changer. I feel a lot more awake!

Liked the ease of using it. Didn't like the smell like kld oil smell. Also if you pop too much in it goes into your throat and it is really unpleasant then. Overall happy
