How does it feel different from a light throw?

A weighted blanket adds noticeable weight across the covered area. Some people enjoy a more substantial, gently held feel. Comfort is personal; choose a manageable weight.

One grey weighted insert and one matching removable cover in your selected size and color, already fitted. Both the grey and navy versions use a grey insert.

Is a heavier blanket always better?

No. For individual adults, around 10% of body weight is a starting point. Compare weights within the same size; between options, choose lighter. You must be able to move and remove the blanket independently.

How do I clean the cover and insert?

Separate the layers before cleaning. Machine wash the outer cover in cold water and air dry. Spot clean the grey weighted insert.

Can two people share it?

Consider the 80 x 87 in option for shared coverage. Both users must be comfortable and able to remove it independently. The 30 lb is the total blanket weight. The 48 x 72 in size is for individual use.
