A healthy alternative
I give it 5 stars for making a plain egg wrap available. For those like me who are cutting carbs and sugar out of our diet. This definitely helps. Unfortunately it's been harder to find egglife in stores. I used to get them from Walmart, but now I have to use Amazon. I wish more people would wize up to the dangers of the food they eat, so more items like this were available. As for the wraps, they are what they are. Not as tasty as tortillas because they are just egg whites. I feel good about eating them and that's more important to me. They are great for sandwiches and hotdogs. That's what I use them for. I hope more items like egglife become available.

Excellent but you may need to adjust taste buds
I like using wraps and bread as spoon while eating food. This means if I don't pay attention I may end up eating a lot of bread based calories. This innovative item solves my problem. Each being 25 calories and containing decent nutritional value, I replaced almost all my bread consumption with this as a side for breakfast and meals. It is blant on its own but goes well with everything (even with omlettes) so don't judge it by how it individually tastes but judge it based on how it blends which is great. I like it and buy it more and more...

Canโt beat these for low cal, no carb, very sturdy and neutral taste! Great versatility!
I donโt like wraps in general but am doing low carb keto and miss sandwiches. Often, I make โchafflesโ but they do not have a neutral enough taste to use for something simple like ham/cheese that is not heated/melted. Making sandwiches using lettuce for bread as a thing but sometimes just doesnโt hit the spot in terms of taste. Saw a video with someone using these as lasagna noodles so figured why not. Amazed to find the texture is not really rubbery and although they are fairly light, they are sturdy and donโt rip. If you taste them plain and cold, they are still OK - you donโt get an immediate โoh this is eggโ flavor, and while the texture is still not bread it is close enough to really enjoy. I didnโt heat or toast anything, tried a ham/lettuce/cheese with mayo sandwich using only one wrap (they are big enough) so that was only 25 calories for โbreadโ. Was totally hooked and am looking forward to all the different ways these can be used (I have an experimental keto lasagna in the oven right now using these and thin zucchini ribbons. Canโt get over how much you get out of one wrap for so few calories, no carbs, lots of enjoyment and no guilt! A bit pricey to use often but I know I will use these A LOT and the health benefits make this very worth it. Try these!

Convenient and easy wraps!
I love these convenient and easy to use egg wraps for my turkey and alfalfa sprouts wraps. Iโve also used cottage cheese as a filling and additional eggs, even peanut butter. They hold together nicely and have a very palatable taste. In my opinion. Iโve tried making my own and it was a disaster.

Foam Tortillas
Certainly, we all have our personal tastes, and plenty of folks like these. Not me. There are better low carb alternatives to EggLife, such as Outer Aisle's sandwich thins and Mission's low carb tortillas . First, the flavor- there is none. So, if you just want a neutral wrap for your fillings, this might do. Second, the texture- ugh. It's a soft foamy something. It reminds me of the thin white foam wrap used to protect items in a package. Very unappealing mouth-feel. There's no chew at all to these- just soft and mushy. Exactly as you might expect egg whites, that have been compressed into flat circles, would be. Last, they are flimsy and easily torn and I found it a challenge to wrap the fillings secure enough without tearing the wrapper. So even as a food delivery system, it failed. I appreciate the fact that so many people like them, and the odds are, you will too. But, I have to put my experience into the mix as well. It may save some folks the money. These are very expensive, highly perishable, and most definitely not for everyone. Especially those who are finicky about the way some things feel in the mouth. I'm one who is not a fan of mushy things. This falls under that category. I feel like I'm eating soft foam. I'm still excited about their existence and I hope it leads to more innovative low carb substitutes. It can be very boring eating the same things over and over again. Being able to make a wrap or sandwich out of the usual fair really enhances the experience and makes it much more tolerable. If you do try them, I hope you like them!

There is virtually no ingrediants except Egg Whites
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE! I received these and trust me I was skeptical. I have recently lost 71 pounds and no longer eat carbs. But i was longing for a nice wrap. Or fajitas or something. I ordered these and had them for the first time last night using them for fajitas. I was so happy that I will be ordering more, I have finally found something that is low cal, no carbs, low sodium and good for me at the same time. I did heat them up in a fry-pan no grease for 15 seconds each side. They are awesome, I cannot recommend them any more, I should be their spokesperson.

These are a game changer for diabetics
As a type 2 diabetic on a low carb diet to control diabetes, finding a replacement for bread can be a real hassle. Most low carb and keto breads or wraps are not as low in carbs as they appear, because the fiber content is usually very heavily altered. Then I stumbled across these Egg Life wraps. And all I can say is that these wraps are a legitimate game changer for a diabetic or anyone on a low carb diet. The ingredients are fairly simple, there's no refined fibers, and what you see is what you get: wraps made out of egg whites and xanthan gum. Unlike most egg wraps that are on the market, which are very flimsy and fall apart very, very easily, these Egg Life wraps are incredibly versatile and a pliable. They hold up very well and do not fall apart easily at all. Their consistency is close to a flower tortilla and can be used for anything from making tacos, quesadillas, fruit crepes, to even spinach stuffed cheesy bread. And of course you can make sandwich wraps. If I were to have any complaints, it would only be that I wish there were one or two more wraps in the package for the price or that the price was maybe about a dollar cheaper for the six that are in the package. But other than that, at 0g of carbs per wrap, and about 1g of carbs per wrap for the flavored versions, and the fact that they actually taste incredibly good, I can't say enough good things about these wraps.
