Good Tasting Popcorn!
This popcorn tastes really good! I pop it in the microwave with a special popcorn popper, and set the popping for 4 minutes. The amount of popcorn popped can vary greatly, but I'm not sure if it's because of my popping container (a glass coffee maker-like holder), or because of the popcorn kernels itself. After the popcorn is done, I just add extra-virgin olive oil and Spike seasoning and it tastes awesome! Also, it tastes good without anything added. It's worth the buy to me, and the large mouth jar is DEFINITELY a keeper!

Good flavor, and almost all of the kernels popped. They go great with just salt and Valentina salsa.Buen sabor y casi todos los granos reventaron. Van muy bien con sólo sal y salsa Valentina.

Disappointed with Dutchman's Yellow Popcorn
I read the reviews on this product and wonder if those people were friends or relatives. The popcorn did not taste bad but didn't meet my expectations. They were not big fluffy kernels and the flavor wasn't outstanding given the price they charge. The size of kernels is not uniform like Orville's. While nearly all of the kernels popped, there were many that were very small. The smaller kernels that have popped seem to be the hard ones that can break your teeth so I throw then out. I typically use 1/3 cup of kernels in a saucepan with grapeseed or avocado oil. There were more smaller kernels that I tossed with this popcorn than the Orville brand. I like Orville's but wanted something under 8lbs. I will not buy this brand again.

Even I can make great popcorn with this!
I just bought a silicone popper for the microwave so that I could air pop without needing to add oil. I have to admit that I was a bit worried by all of the reviews that complained about charred masses of popcorn, large amounts of unpopped kernels and other disasters. I was warned to try different popcorn brands, different settings, etc. until I achieved decent popcorn.I bought this popcorn and crossed my fingers. This popcorn is awesome! My first attempt at air popping in the microwave with my new popper and this corn resulted in as perfect a bowl of popcorn as I’ve ever made. And every subsequent bowl has been great. As long as I don’t overfill the popper, I have very few unpopped kernels left over. The popcorn tastes good - not as good as if I drenched it in melted butter and salt, but that’s why I needed to start air popping frankly.I would totally recommend this popcorn. Great product and price!

POP CORN LOVERS DELIGHT
This popcorn is a Delicious...enduring ...journey down memory lane.. back to my childhood. It reminded me of a time back-in- the-day when all food seemed to taste so much better. I was very pleasantly surprised at the freshness in Taste, Texture and Enticing Smell . It was a very savory experience that elicited wholesome nostalgic memories of the "Good-old-days. I was even more pleased that I could share such a delectable (side dish...the popcorn) with my grand daughter ...(generation Z) with me ( Baby Boomer)...during these times!!! :)FYI...I slow cook (saute) the seeds in Olive Oil (on low flame)....it's a very "special" way to prepare the seeds on the stove in the pot for popping and that's part of the secret of bringing out the flavors...:)Obviously...I AM a POPCORN fanatic LOL...ans so isn't my whole family...:)

Worst popcorn I’ve ever had
This popcorn is awful. It’s not expired. It’s good we’ll into 2024. I tried to cook it several different ways - on the stove, microwave, and popcorn popper. For some reason, this popcorn takes a very very long time to start popping compared to other brands. In the microwave and popper the kernels pop and turn black. There’s no in between. In the pot I was able to cook them without turning them black, but the kernels get very very dark brown before they pop. I made a batch of Yoder popcorn to compare for reference. Yoder pops beautifully and easily anyway you try to make it. This Dutchman’s popcorn - if you can get it to pop without burning it - has a dense and tough texture. It’s really awful. I don’t recommend.
