not good for injera
I make injera regularly this product is NOT good to do make injera. Feels like sand under your teeth. be careful. i will not buy again.

Different but nice!
This teff is a lot different form Ethiopian teff like from lovegrass but it has such a nice aroma and taste! I don’t think it would be suitable for making injera and making a flat bread out of it is also hard because it’s just crumbles apart but apart from that it tastes amazing!

Interesting flour
Made some Teff flat breads. Interesting taste and texture. Usually a bit too expensive so nice to try with a cheaper warehouse deal.
