It's Not Your Money: How to Live Fully from Divine Abundance

She outlined it chapter by chapter, it is a how-to book for an "LoA-drop-out" like me. When things do not manifest, I no longer need to know WHY, or how to "work it," or how to release this/that/energy/vibe/juju... I just surrender it all to the Universe (and Tosha will teach you how, so it doesn't feel like, "here, God, my garbage, please fix it for me"). With surrendering, I am instantly liberated, free to live in the present from that Divine Source again, my Inner Self, ready for that next right action. As a side-effect of reading this book, higher vibration often comes SO effortlessly, rarely need to artifice "rampage of appreciation" for that true, authentic appreciation to flow from my heart. I've read this book through and now back at week 1. Everyday, I use the "Divine Abundance" prayer to start my day, or while waiting in the car, etc. Right now, money has not come, yet it feels SO much easier to give. I have not been GIVING -- which is a bigger symptoms to my overall life theme of "hanging on." I'm not rich by any worldly sense, yet after surrendering and trust the Divine, I feel pulled to give (mind you, this is not just frivolous spending spree masked as giving) and in turn, I discover how joyful it is to give my money "to give freely as my heart guides." With giving, suddenly I feel emotionally more generous, too. Forgiveness comes like a friend, releasing of old resentment and anger. Who knew that the Universe uses money to train me to let go. Don't get me wrong, LoA exists (so are other laws, by the way). And the money will manifest (if it's meant to come), and this book will bring wealth, if it's meant for you. But for sure, this book will bring SO much more than just money, wealth, or items from the shopping list for the Universe. It opens the floodgate of Abundance that is already there all along. Yes, money is a long-standing stressful bugaboo in my life, whether I am flush or less-so. My safety and security and all that have been wrapped up in it. And there is no such thing as truly "enough" to make my fears quiet down. But this book... THIS BOOK... is a very clear "how to" to help you make the shift into an entirely new zip code. It's the nuts and bolts foundation for building your security in Source - the true supply - and not the vagaries of luck, chance, hustle, and muscle. Reading just the introduction started to make massive changes to my daily and moment-to-moment thoughts. I began to feel so much more freedom, less compression, more light than worry in my life. I mean... WOW. But for me, it's a personally confronting book, so I am taking it slowly. It's confronting all the ways I do things now with all their inherent fears, and inviting me to shift them... to take a gentle chance on Source/Divinity/All That Is to have my back. This is surprisingly hard. Not because the truth of it hasn't been proven to me through the miracles of my life to date, but because my Monkey Mind likes to tell me I still (still) cannot trust anything/anyone other than myself and my own might - with its limited span of control and scope of ability. You know. That ole' song. Here's what I can say: this book will change you if you let it. The concepts and ideas are solid if you resonate with the concept of Source as Supply at all. It's written in a very accessible style. It's easy to understand. The right foundational ideas are all there that the mind can grab onto to help it become calmer, to change its patterns. An easier, more flow-ful life IS possible. It's possible and waiting for all of us. Here is one avenue to align with it for yourself. If you're at all drawn to this book, I highly recommend it whether money, per se, is your "issue" or not.

At 43 years of age I finally understand practically what it means to surrender. This was a perfect read, a salve for my open wounds, the pace and timing beautiful. I feel liberated. Highly recommend this read for those who are ready for it.

I have been following Tosha Silver's work for a long time and I can say that it's been one of the main factors in my life changing for the better. I bought this book because financial issues/worries were the last bastion of things I must let go in order to continue to better my life circumstances. In the short time that I've had the book and started the work, I am feeling so much better about everything. Being able to let go and know that all my needs are met (which they've always been) without me fretting and pushing, is a sense of peace that literally cannot be bought. While my Divine Parents have always looked out for me, I have been known to allow fear to make decisions that I've come to regret. Doing this work takes that factor out of it and allows decisions that actually work for one's higher good to come to the surface. Things don't always look pretty, yet knowing that I'm ok is a big relief. Doing the work doesn't take a lot of time, so even "busy" people can do this. The book is straight to the point and easy to follow. There's no guesswork about what needs to happen and the steps one must take to follow Divine plan.

"It's not Your Money" is unlike any other book on finances I have ever read. Thank God! ;) It's not your Money is based in Gratitude and Abundance. With that in mind -- One of my favorite concepts in the book is about the Law of Prarabdha Karma and how it balances out the Law of Attraction. Instead of seeing the Universe as some kind of giant vending "attraction" machine, the Law of Prarabdha Karma is about the soul's curriculum, and no matter how hard one tries to manifest millions into their bank account, if it is not in the soul's curriculum, it will not happen. This one insight alone is worth the purchase of the book! Instead, Abundance is manifest when I learn to let go. And let the Divine take the lead. I listen to this book daily, and refer to the Kindle version too. So Grateful to Tosha Silver for her Wisdom and loving guidance to trust in the Divine.

I truly believe that certain books show up in your life exactly when you are ready to receive their messages. And this is one of those very books. In what can only be described as a divinely guided series of synchronistic events I rediscovered “Outrageous Openness” (another Tosha Silver treasure) earlier this year. I had read the book almost 5 years ago, but something inside me told me to read it again. And I’m so glad that I did because it led me to finding this wonderful book. I’ve spent years reading about Law of Attraction and spirituality, but this is the first book that has really helped me to understand the concept of offering and being a conduit for prosperity. Each page resonated with me so deeply and provided so much wisdom around money and receiving and being open to miracles. It truly is such a gift.

I pre-ordered this book, because I admit, I am a fan of Tosha and I've read all her other books. It arrived exactly on-time! I read this book with a group of friends for a karma book club. We got together recently to discuss. We all agreed that the exercises in the book transcend the issue of finances, and allow for spiritual expansion in all areas of life. We all (a very diverse group, each with our own abundance "story") connected deeply to Tosha's writings. I particularly love her sense of humor, and the way she uses real-life examples to illustrate the points she makes in the book. A terrific read and a book that you'll want to keep at your bedside to refer to over the course of time. Each time I go back to read a chapter (and I do!) I get more out of it, and find myself left with more peace, more understanding, and more abundance. The miracles that have happened in my own experience since diving into these exercises have been profound and noticeable!
