Matfer Bourgeat Piano Whisk w/Exoglass® Handle, 14"

I've seen this be recommended by people that know many things about good cooking. I have a lot less experience, but I can definitely say that this is the best whisk that I have seen or used. It's relatively expensive compared to many other similar items on the market, but I think it's totally worth it in the long run. The most important parts to me are that it is constructed well and cleans up with far fewer issues. There aren't nearly as many nooks for liquids to accumulate, harden, and become impossible to clean. That ugh feeling when I think about using a whisk otherwise (due to them being difficult to clean) for dishes is more or less gone.

I purchased this because I am an amateur baker and I had been using cheap whisks that would trap gross dishwater in the handle and was flimsy. This is a strong well made item that will not bend and mixes batter in half the time and more uniformly. recommend

This smallest of thr range is amazing. All Professional Pastry Chefs use Matfer whisk. The metal wire is thinner than the other sizes , but this is as designed, and has a bounce which allows for comfort whisking motion and can manually whip up Meringue in next to no time..great for sauces, cream, chocolate. If you want a diverse-well designed whisk - this is a must! The handle is comfortable.as rhe diameter is specifically designed to prevent people over gripping (other brands Vogue or Schneider) have larger diameter handles and is not nice to hold and use). All the different sizes of Matfer whisks are designed slightly different to handle the larger tasks. As a professional chef I have used all the different sizes and highly rate the whole range. Highest trusted quality and worth the money. Don't settle for cheaper whisks!

La migliore frusta di tante che ho provato delle stesse dimensioni. Si pulisce facilmente. Nota: i fili sono abbastanza rigidi ma non tanto quanto le varianti più grandi della stessa linea Matfer.
