Wonderful mask, fits great, works great. And I can now change out my filters, there are two (2) types used on this mask. Do your lungs a favor, buy this mask today. Worth every penny.

I chose this face mask based on the reviews and price, and I am very satisfied. I'm surprised this is listed as a Large size. It fits me fine, but the adjustment straps are near their ends so if I had any fatter a head I'd be in trouble. I'm a lady. So for any jumbo husky man, he might have difficulty with fit (specifically with the straps to hook behind your neck). I like the placement of the straps. They do not interfere with my large ponytail/bun and do not get tangled in hair. It is easy to put on and remove. I sometimes have the issue of one of the filters falling off, but that's just because I didn't check to make sure it was screwed on properly. You don't want to screw on so much that it screws to the open position, but just enough to hold the filters on. I bought the 3M P100 filters through amazon for this and they work great. I never used one of these facepiece respirators before, but now that I have I no longer dread dealing with all the smelly and previously allergy-inducing chores I must do. Previously I was just using a disposable hospital mask for any troublesome tasks, but of course there's no comparison since this facepiece respirator actually does the job of filtering and whatnot. It's easy to breathe. I've only used it so far in this hot weather, so I get a bit sweaty if using it for extended periods of time. I also find myself "mouth breathing" with it on, but that's fine. Guess it goes back to my snorkeling days. And I suppose me doing the mouth breathing thing helps when I've used this for dealing with smelly garbage or cleaning out the goat shed. It seems to really be effective in moldy environments, especially when used with goggles (and there's no interference with space/comfort/etc. while wearing goggles and this facemask). No more headaches or itchy eyes or runny nose or any number of allergic reactions I usually would have when dealing with these environments. The price is excellent compared to in stores. Lots of opportunities to use this respirator. Changing a baby diaper? Dusting the mantle? Sawing a 2x4? Raking leaves? Making soap? Going to Kmart? Going line dancing in a barn? So many opportunities to breathe cleaner air.

The 3M half-face respirator is one of the best I’ve used. The seal is tight and reliable, providing excellent protection, and the Quick Latch system makes it incredibly easy to take on and off without removing your headgear — a huge convenience during active work. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have a cheap plastic or chemical smell like some other masks. The build quality is top-notch, with soft, durable materials that hold up over time and comfortable straps that stay secure without digging into your face. Overall, this is a high-performance, comfortable respirator that I’d confidently purchase again for sanding, grinding, or painting tasks.

This respirator works great for woodworking and painting. It provides solid protection and feels very well-made. The fit is comfortable, and the four-point harness makes it easy to adjust so it stays secure without feeling tight. I’ve been able to wear it for extended periods without any discomfort, which is a big plus.The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is that it doesn’t come with any filters, so you have to purchase those separately. Aside from that, it’s a great, reliable respirator that I would definitely recommend.

This is a terrific respirator, worth way more than it's cost!! Review details toward bottom: My husband Clark Kent, has been mysteriously immune to all illnesses and injuries for his entire life (except those caused by Kryptonite). Therefore, he has always shrugged off personal protective equipment. In fact, it has been almost the ONLY cause of marital fights for over 25 years. Last month he was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis of the lungs and hearts. This is a mysterious illness that causes calcified growths in any organ it strikes. There are few treatments other than steroids and hoping it decides to stop before an organ transplant is necessary. He must ruthlessly protect his lungs from now on. Home improvement enthusiasts everywhere: they don't know what causes Sarcoidosis, but repeated exposures to drywall dust, sawdusts, etc. seem to increase your chances. Don't wait until you are 50 to protect your lungs!! ANYWAY: Clark really likes this respirator! He says it is VERY COMFORTABLE, and he says he is willing to wear it for all dust producing jobs. At the moment, he is wearing a very short goatee and he is still able to get it tightened with a seal. Our two teen sons (both with different face shapes), also tried it on, and were able to get good seals. Clark has a very narrow nose, Son #2 has a wide nose. This tells me me that it is highly adjustable, even if you don't get your size perfect. Son #1 took it to his Gunsmithing class and let them all try it on to figure out their size and they all bought one of their own in either a Med. or Large. (I cleaned it with a disinfectant clothe after!!) Buy one, your lungs will thank you, so will your partner!!

The soft silicone faceseal molds easily to my face (even with facial hair) producing a snug but not uncomfortable fit especially over long periods of time. Of course the useability depends on the filters but with the recommended rated 3M filters, solvent-heavy paint jobs and dusty renovations have no odor seep-through and are relatively easy to breath. It does have a "Cool Flow™ exhalation valve" but i wonder if this doesnt just defeat the purpose of a filtering respirator? I haven't experienced any issues, but still seems silly to have an actuating valve front and center that opens and closes without filtration. BUT without it, I know how absolutely unbearable and miserable it is wearing one of these on a scorching hot day so I really can't complain. And it's a silicone seal with two large very secure straps, it does not come loose when you sweat up a storm, but it will feel uncomfortable.

This works great for me in really dusty conditions driving my SXS!!

I use this mask while cutting 5 acres of grass. I bounce around a lot and I can say the seal is very good. As far as comfort I don’t get any marks from the mask after hours of wearing it. There is plenty of room within it does not feel cluster phobic at all. The over all quality is really nice and seems very durable. I water 6 months to leave this review. I would purchase again.

It's ok. I mean the smell of latex is bad but it does the job given that u have proper filters attached to it. I used it against fumes of welding and stuff. It works.

My mask arrived all sticky and greasy. It seems to be authentic but just so dirty I had to clean it many times. Either it’s used or someone tampered with the product in a bad way.
