Good Product
Product is good in this price, but plastic quality is not so good, software has many good built in features. It will be very helpful if the scanning area could be increased, then many big copies/standard copies could be scanned very easily. I am facing problems to scan standard size copies. To scan A4 size copies, it is fine. Overall I am satisfied.

For Small Office & Home use, this is an excellent product for regular scanning works.Scans up-to 4,800dpi for people working intensively in design & graphics industry. I use 300dpi which is more than enough for home photos & documents scanning. Can scan a full A4 photo in 15 seconds and documents in about 10 seconds.Easy to use & install, as it took me less than 10 minutes to connect-install software-scan for the first time.Summary: Excellent cost effective product (Sub 4,000) for regular scanning purposes.
