ABC life 26 Pockets Accordion File Organizer, Expanding File Folders

It gets 5 stars for being what it says it is. Not the best but in line with its price. Good enough for the casual use by a home owner or small business with little paperwork. If you want something more rugged to withstand carrying around or heavy daily use, try something else. If you need something simple and inexpensive buy this one.

I got the big idea to organize my recipes so I wanted a nice big expanding file and this is it. The color is beautiful, it is very sturdy and a very durable closure. This holds so many recipes and has printed labels but also lots of plain ones that you can add your own titles. I love this!

Excellent quality

This is almost perfect for organizing my paperwork when meeting with clients. The button lock on the back and the rigid construction of the front and back panels make everything more stable in the open position. It earns an A+ for design because the pockets are attached to the bottom, preventing papers from falling through the cracks. I think the "flimsy" dividers will be strong enough and appreciate that they will not contribute significantly. I like the large tabs as some of my forms need the extra label space. My only complaint is there are only alphabetical labels and 10 blank labels. I will figure out how to make it work but I think they could have included a second page of blank labels. I'm sure I'm not the only person who needs to use blank labels for all of the tabs. I'll update my review if I experience any problems with the quality of the construction.

This was a new nice way to do my yearly filing. I usually keep a pile next to my printer a about every 4 months when the the pile threatens to fall over, I then organize it alphabetically & then put it in file & then into a storage container. This sits nicely next to my print open & already organized & I print necessary items I just slip it in. I will be buying this every year instead of a bulk heavy storage bins.

This accordion file organizer has been perfect for keeping all of my student data organized and easy to access. The multiple pockets give me plenty of space to separate groups, assessments, parent communication, intervention data, and other important paperwork without everything getting mixed together. It feels sturdy and durable, and the expanding design holds a surprising amount while still staying compact enough to carry between meetings or keep on my desk. I also like that the tabs make it easy to quickly find what I need during busy school days. If you’re a teacher looking for a simple way to stay organized, this is definitely worth buying. It has made managing paperwork so much easier!

So far so good. Order it to replace my previous organizer(see pics). This one really has ample space. I love that if you fully open the accordion it stands on its own just like a box so it easy to use. I tried to get another one in legal paper size but not sure if they come in this brand. Totally recommended.

The pocket separations are flimsy.

Easy to use and perfect for my task.

Purchased this for a very large building/construction project that is also going to accrue a ton of paperwork. Am so pleased with the space in each individual pocket and the overall stretch of the folder. Has held up well to lots of use and will definitely buy again if I ever need a second one! The only suggestion I have is that the coloured pocket separators and tabs are quite vibrant and bold (which looks great) but it can make the labels inside the tabs hard to read. Still love it, though - just make sure to use bold black pen for the labels!

This file organizer is perfect for my needs. Colour-coordinated interior, comes with label stickers that match the tabs, spacious, expands well, and stands on its own. My paper organization has finally all been consolidated to one place.
