What is the full list of ingredient please?

Sea buckhorn seed oil, sodium hyaluronate and glycerol in a citrate-borate buffered emulsion

How long does the bottle last, are you only allowed to use it for 30days?

I find this helps keep my dry eyes lubricated and does not irritate me like some other products. The manufacturer says it lasts up to 3 months. I get through each bottle in around 2 months. I generally use it in the morning after washing/bathing and evening before going to bed, and sometimes during the course of the day if my eyes hurt from using the computer - so 2 to 3 times per day lasts around 2 months.

Can this be used while wearing contact lenses

Sorry, I don’t wear contact lenses, my eyes are just too dry to tolerate them. It does say lens friendly on the box and you spray it on closed eyelids rather than in the eye, but I really couldn’t say for certain that they are ok for contact lenses.

Is product applied to open or or shut eyes?

OPTASE. Quote from www .....The last step in the regime is to spray OPTASE’s Eye Spray on closed lids to help prevent dry eyes. It contains Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil and Hyaluronic Acid to moisturise and soothe the eyes and eyelids.
