Handy and convenient
So happy we ordered this soap dispensing dish wand. I love being able to quickly wash a pan or a couple of dishes. It is easy to fill with dish soap and a push of a button allows a bit of dish soap out to wash a dish or two. The sponge seems to do a good job of cleaning as well. It does not leak dish soap when you do not want it to. Very handy device.

Pricey but was exactly what I was looking for
I wanted them to make one of these that didn’t fill at the bottom. They always leak and make such a mess. This one fills at top of handle so when it is resting in sink or in a drainer, the refill opening is upright. This refill opening is also different in that it doesn’t screw on/off like traditional ones. It has a rubber type gasket(?) that pulls out and gets pushed back in to make a tight seal. Will this weaken over time and leak? Who knows yet.I purchased this item to use with the blue Dawn dish soap in my shower to clean it. I’ve heard it works fabulously. I didn’t try it until I had one that wouldn’t leak and waste product. But after getting it, I liked the feel of the smaller wand so I purchased a second to use in the kitchen. It gets 4 stars because you sometimes have to ouch on the “button” a few times to dispense the soap. And I had a tiny (and I’m talking tiny) amount of soap leak out once. It may have been my own fault. It was right after getting it and I may not have had the rubber thing in all the way. I’m unsure. I wasn’t used to this type and I’m just saying who knows. It’s been all good ever since. So was probably me. 😳

Sucks for us southpaws
I really loved the old school version of this product, which also has leak issues, but i never filled it so i never had that specific complaint. This one feels good in hand, as far as heft/build quality but it’s geared for “righties” (one side of the sponge base is straight while the d-shaped side ((what should be the “business end”)) faces thumbward on my left hand) so that’s a little bit of a bummer. Also it’s atrocious to fill; i tried initially but the soap trickles into it like sand at the waist of an hourglassUpdate: Shortly after writing this review, mine two snapped in half at the weak point where the handle joins together.Unfortunately i bought like, 40 refill sponges when i bought the wand. So i bought two more wands even though i hate it. Boo.

READ CAREFULLY: Bought mini by accident can't find wand
Overall wonderful product I've been using the larger version for years.... I would have given the item four stars for each category but unfortunately.... I accidentally bought the mini wand refills but now can't find the wand they go with... I do feel the smaller item would be beneficial and I wouldn't mind having both... but unless I can find the wand - the refills will be worthless... I purchased the item several months ago and placed in my to be used at a later date bin... and I'm past the return date and I'm not very happy about this so I hope people are read more careful than I did...

Dish wand that doesn't leak soap!
Absolutely, THE only dish wand with an actual valve to keep the dish soap from leaking everywhere! I have used the same wand for 4years. I have had trouble with some of the sponges coming loose from the plastic plate that attaches to the wand. I glue them back on. I now have spare wand on hand and have 20+ sponge heads on hand.

Sponge Fell Off within a Week
Very upset that this sponge piece fell off so quickly. We're not even that hard on these types of sponges. So disapointed.

Crap
Have used these for years. These are cheap copies of what they used to be. Bought it twice, hoping I just got a bad one but the second one is crap too. Button leaks soap all over the handle and makes a mess.Don’t waste your money once, like I did twice.

Sponge tore off after a few days.
Very disappointed because I was hoping it would be better quality than it turned out to be. The sponge started tearing almost right away & ripped right off after about a week.
