Lucid Dreams in 30 Days: The Creative Sleep Program (In 30 Days Series)

Awesome
This is the best Lucid Dreaming book I have ever read, some very best selling lucid dreaming books just talk about 2 techniques that this book has perfectly mentioned in 2 days practice. The book is full of creative ideas to generate lucid dreaming. I am enjoying reading and practicing and already had good results.

Easy to read
This book is very easy to read and very easy to follow. I've not read all of it yet because I'm following it step by step. You are able to progress at your own pace and it seems to work when the directions are followed.

Lucid dreams in 30 days
The book arrived shortly after I bought it. It was in good shape. The book had useful information that other books on the subject doesn't have plus the basics from other sources.

Not as easy as you think
Purchased this a month ago and although It has some good ideas some are easier then others to make happen. You'll be hard pressed to achieve this in 30 days more like 30 weeks or more. Most, but not all, is available in You Tube videos. If I find a dramatic change I'll try to add to this review but at this time I don't hate it or love it. By the way I bought this in the hopes of improving my musicianship for anyone out there who thinks of doing the same but it should help in any cerebral skill.

Finally achieved lucidity
I bought this book along with exploring the world of lucid dreaming by Stephen LeBerge. I achieved lucidity after one month of study and intermittent effort. The tools in this book are very useful.

Rushed and not very informative
As an experienced Oneironaut and somebody who is very educated on the subject, I don't really like this book. I got this back when I was starting out with lucid dreaming and had been for about 6 months. This book was very demanding and the tasks it was saying to do could not always be done in one day. It pretty much expects you to lucid dream within about 10 days, which is incredibly unrealistic.I really do not like this book. To me, it sounds like the person wasn't that educated on the subject. Please, don't waste your money on this. It really does not include a lot of information and the title makes it very misleading.Definitely go by Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen La Berge. It is a much better book.

Good condition, great book!
Great condition despite its age. Arrived right on time. Even the packaging was unique adding to the magic of this book which was recommended to me by a friend which it worked for quite well. I'm hoping the same starting today, here goes!

Gimme a break!
Huh! Dont buy this book, wait for the new book by keith harary:Cosmic Consciousness in 30 days!! Message understood? It is NOT that this book is a bad book or written badly or contains misinformation, not at all. but i think that the title is misleading in many ways. a lot of people, that is the sad thing, are going to throw this book away just because they do not have the promised "success" after 10 days, most probably no success at all like me, and that is a pity, because the technics to achieve lucid dreaming mentioned in this book could be working, even with you or me, for that matters. i am trying now for more than sixty days to improve my dream awareness and with a little help from this book i am BEGINNING to have a little success here and a little improvement there. so, take your time, this is not a bad book, it could be helpful, but forget all about the ridiculous title.

Put simple: Does not work
I really tried it for some week, but didn't even manage to pass day 3 of the 30 day program. The book just assumes that you will be able to change your way of sleeping with a description of a page or two and without any help if not.

The practical side of things !
The best on the subject, I've read so far.I had been through all the work of Stephen LaBerge but this was way too theoretical and universitarian-styled for my taste !Here we're on the practical side of things :)If you're like me and don't care about what was said in the 30's about Lucid dreaming, about the view of science on this, and all YOU WANT TO is Lucid Dreaming. Then that book is for you :)
