Great
**Good integration with the app and easy to understand, although it takes a few weeks to become properly calibrated. It often thinks I am doing physical exercise when I am simply walking to work, so some corrections are needed until the tracker learns to recognise the activity correctly.** **The battery lasts around 6–7 days, and the original wristband is very comfortable and dries quickly. However, be careful with salt water.** **Overall, I am very satisfied with it and would definitely buy it again.**

Bin the smart watch.
Gives you all the benefits of fitness tracking without having to wear a tacky smart watch. I've not used Fitbit before, but have heard from other users that the app isn't great since Google bought them out. They have at least (in the last few weeks) added the option for custom foods for calorie tracking. Thankfully the Google Health app can ingest data from elsewhere, including my preferred calorie logging app - Samsung Health. So, the Google part can just be used for checking rather than inputting. Setup was simple, it just requires you to keep your phone near the device for a while. As for usage - once set up it just does its thing and you get all the typical metrics you'd see from most fitness apps. Activity logging seems good, but don't expect speedy live data beyond steps and heartbeat. This isn't for people who absolutely cannot perform any movement without constant telemetry. Last week I went on a casual 3 mile walk (roughly an hour). I didn't get the notification of my "workout" until 15 minutes after I got home. The data is there and it is tracking, but it isn't in a hurry to make that known. This can be slightly annoying as the steps are all shown, but it won't show specific activities until you get notified and perform a sync. You can of course get round this by manually triggering workouts in the app. Fine if you just want basic activity tracking. The 5 day battery life means you don't have to think about the device too much.

Sometimes "buy cheap, buy twice" really is the motto for these things, not for the Fitbit!!
Sometimes "buy cheap, buy twice" really is the motto for these things, not for the Fitbit!! Let me explain, I purchased a cheaper fitness band off Amazon before purchasing one of these and had to send it back TWICE as the sleep tracking didn't work on either unit, so decided to go for something a little more expensive and with the Google Fitbit air I was not disappointed! Impressed with the appearance and quality as soon as I removed it from the box, fits snugly on my wrist and is so light it hardly ever feels like I'm even wearing it most of the time! I have found the battery life to be extremely good, so far I have only had to charge it once a week and even then it still has some left! The heart rate monitor feels accurate enough along with the steps and sleep monitoring which is the main reason I bought this in the first place. The app is very informative and easy to use, plus it syncs with google fit and other apps such as Nutracheck which is handy if you are tracking your calories as well as it automatically logs them in the app. I really would recommend one of these over some of the cheaper alternatives you can find on here despite the slightly higher price point!

The Best Value!
I bought the Google Fitbit Air primarily to help improve my sleep and fitness, and at this price point, it’s easily one of the best value fitness trackers you can buy. You don't need an extra subscription to use it and it's thin and lightweight enough to take everywhere. It fits well and connects easily to my device too! Plus, the band it comes with looks neutral enough to blend in with pretty much any outfit. The standout feature for me has been Smart Wake. Having the option to be woken up at your lightest stage of sleep within a 30-minute window of your set alarm has genuinely helped me wake up feeling less groggy. The sleep score on the Google Health app is also decently in line with how I actually feel, even if it isn't 100% accurate. On the fitness side of things, it automatically detects longer walks and general workouts well, though it doesn't always identify the specific activity. The main drawback is that it seems to overstate step counts by roughly 2 to 15%, which can be a noticeable difference on busier days. As for the software, the Google Health UI is very simple and easy to use. It’s great if you’re just starting out and want high-level health insights without being overwhelmed, though it might feel a bit basic for anyone looking for complex data. Luckily, the recent integration with the Bevel app helps a lot by adding much deeper analytics to those core metrics. Durability-wise, it has held up nicely. It’s already survived a few drops and hasn't shown any sign of deterioration from daily sunscreen use. I ended up taking off one star for the slight step inaccuracy. The Amazfit Helio Strap goes a bit further on precision for a slightly higher price, but because that model lacks the Smart Wake feature, I chose the Fitbit instead. For the overall value you get, it’s a fantastic option.

Brilliant for the price, does everything you could want!
A really great fitness tracker. It’s great not to have to think about charging very often (an hour every ten days). Unlike the whoop it’s thin so definitely easier to wear continuously, I barely notice I’m wearing it to be honest. The app is good, the included three month trial of Google Health Premium is a nice thing to try out but I’m not going to continue that afterwards as I don’t need the AI coaching, that said, it’s very good at what it does and can help you with everything from food to gym routines. For the price, it’s well worth buying if you want to track everything without the screen or ridiculous subscription of the Whoop strap.

Maybe the best fitness tracker?
Absolutely love this! It's so light and comfortable that I often forget I'm wearing it. The battery life has been great, and the Google Health app has been like having a personal trainer on my wrist. It's really helped me stay motivated and stick to a regular workout routine. Definitely one of my best purchases this year!

I liked it
Great , this is what I’m looking for 👌🏻 Good price, light weight, perfect size, Comfortable when wearing it while sleeping The only negative is its inaccuracy in calculating calories burned during exercise performance, Apple Watch is more accurate in this regard. Lack of availability in the Middle East to participate with the coach

Small, accurate and with the right price point make this the best option for a silent doctor
It's really small and for the price it's the best solution out there to track sleep and activity without even notice it's there It's like collecting data silently and then you can go once a day or even less just check how things are going If you want to go further on health journey it will have the coach to talk and it's also really helpful and probably the best one I tried when I give my goals and it assess my running and even provide some nice insights on pace and how heart rate shifted during the run and compared with previous runs
