Marriages Very Strong 100% Canadian White Flour - Pack Size = 5x1.5kg

I was having trouble getting my sourdough starter going, I bought this and it changed everything, I now have an active starter, I have baked several loaves, the taste is great, the quality is superior, the texture is perfect and I will be buying again as this is now my go to bread flour, excellent value for money.

This is the good stuff. I’ve used this flour for a few years now, it’s just superb.

After trying different supermarket flour I have found this one to be much better It makes very good bread and is easy to handle and knead

The flour is excellent quality. I’m so pleased with the baked I’ve made. Delivery by Evri was rubbish as they advised Amazon I’d refused the parcel when in fact the courier never attempted delivery. When I contacted the seller a wonderful lady there sent a duplicate parcel via Amazon shipping which I received the following day. Evri customer service now believes they’ve lost the original parcel they were returning!! Moral of story beware of Evri couriers.

Love this flour for my bread maker. Never disappoints!

Brilliant bread flour! this stands out as a superior grade of flour having used quite a range, when kneading the dough you can feel its nicer to work with than just strong, that very makes a world of difference. It is similar to fine Italian pizza flour ive baked a lot with too, the loaf pictured has some wholemeal in, about a 5th the total flour. Bought in a 5 pack this was very good value. The breads texture was partially down to my kneading/ other ingredients used and came out very soft with great crust.

It's a great product.
