Top notch pro kitchen cookware, good bargain too. Heavy duty should last a long time even in a rough setting. The lid is thick enough to protect you from small arms fire.

Excellent Brazier. This Brazier is the exact size as specified, therefore make sure you look at the measurements since it is quite large! I like it because I use when I need to make a BIG BATCH of "something". Also this pan is really well made! Great product. It is HEAVY DUTY and the lid is nice and tight and is not warped and sits flush on the brazier. Excellent quality and worth the extra cost.

I was looking for a rondo pot that would make it easier to braise larger quantities of big items like brisket, turkey wings and lamb shanks; especially items with large bones. My cast iron brassier and Dutch ovens were all marginally useful, sometimes OK, but usually cramped. I saw this 10qt, 11 inch diameter pot and decided to buy it. When it arrived, I was somewhat stunned by the size. It was a lot bigger than I was expecting, and well constructed; heavy enough to do the job, but not a problem to handle in the kitchen. Obviously a pot this big is designed for commercial, restaurant or caterer, work, so it’s a little tricky to wash in my home kitchen sink. I have used the pot about a half dozen times now, cooking a pot roast with veg, big beef short ribs, lamb shanks and a corned beef. It has been a pleasure to cook with. The heavy bottom allows me to get a good sear on the meats prior to braising, and also allows for even heat distribution with no scorching or burning. If used properly, it is essentially non-stick, and has cleaned up beautifully. I think this is a great addition to my kitchen at a very affordable price.

Exactly what I was looking for. It is a good weight and cooks food eventually. I like that it is wide making it easier to stir when cooking. It is also easy to clean. Will order more in the future.

This pan is awesome. I bought it for the wife but I use it just as much.
