Robotech is reborn from the ashes of Event Horizon! New writer Brenden Fletcher (Motorcrush, Isola) and artist Elmer Damaso (Robotech/Voltron) boot up Robotech: Remix, an all-new series that will take beloved characters and iconic mecha to places fans have never seen before! Collects Robotech #2.1-2.4 Review: Absolutely love it! - The art style is amazing! Don't get me wrong, the art style of the first five graphic novels and event horizon is great but this one with vibrant colours is a refreshing change and goes great when paired with taking this new setting in a completely new direction. Hats off to the authors and illustrators. Absolutely love it! Review: A briliant and exciting new direction. - Building off the setup provided by Event Horizon and its alternate pathway for the events of the Macross Saga, this graphic novel takes us into uncharted territory. The central figure is Dana Sterling, who, while undeniably the biological daughter of the two greatest pilots of the RDF and Zentraedi, finds herself effectively orphaned because, in this timeline, her parents never fell in love and in fact rather strongly dislike each other. She is surrounded by familiar people in unfamiliar roles. Dana bonds easily with little Bowie Grant but cannot reconcile that the childhood she sees him having should also be her childhood, and that the man he would have been might never exist at all. She lives on an Earth that did experience a Zentraedi attack but one much less severe than what happened in her continuity, so that the SDF-1 persists and Lisa Hayes is very much subordinate to a United Earth Government that never went away. Against this backdrop are familiar characters playing unusual roles, reimagined concepts and totally new ideas, and it all works. I was thrilled to read this book and am looking forward to future issues.

great story, characters and art are amazing!
As an OG Robotech fan from when it first aired in 1984 in Southren California. I was immediately fascinated that an animated show could go into depth and have real consequences, relationships, death and to me good catchy tunes. Having toys come out too was a bonus. The stories and art mesmerized me and have shaped me for decades.

An Awesome story with a new timeline!
I love this new story and I want more of this! Multiverse tendency that are in other comics now appears in Robotech with a new focus in Dana Sterling!

It's Robotech!
Finally, a new Robotech story. Well, sort of more like a reboot. The spirit of the old story with some new added elements. I want to see where this will go. The art looks ok, it could be more detailed. This is after all Robotech. I am enjoying it so far.
