A better balance and a more classic flavour than I've been able to manage by blending my own.

Given as a gift
I gave this as a gift to someone who likes the Stollen cake. As a little out of season for the cake thought that this would be a little alternative. The spice came with a recipe for the cake. Person seemed to appreciate the thought as they like to cook/bake.

No recipe for Stollen
Arrived promptly No recipe or clear instructions on how much to use for a Stollen. Used the same amount as per recipe provided which was something different though. Was not enough, the smell of the spices didn’t come through. Trying it again with triple the amount. Will let you know how it turns out.
