good product, does the job, so far
So far, does the job. Simple to operate, will lift a 3 or 4-ton truck effortlessly, stable base even on dirt or uneven surface. Cannot attest for product resilience/longevity as I just acquired it.

Can go up to 20.5".
A piece of equipment that should be with you on every out of town trip. Very easy to operate. A little heavy, but manageable (is also on wheels). Two things can be better. First the power switch is to close to the unit, so if you have to place the jack under the axle of vehicle ( truck, trailer) it will be a little hard to operate. Second, the power adapter with two clams is ultra short, but thanks to the auto parts store, a longer one can be purchased and used. It is very sturdy and strong. Takes about a minute to extend to maximum height and another one to retract. Other than that is extra good. Big space for storage is need it. It is about 15" long. I do not think it is made to lift cars. Trucks and trailers OK. It is heavy duty for heavy lifting. To tall to fit under a car with a flat tire or not.I need to lift my boat trailer when i need to fix a flat tire. Triple A does not service flats on trailers, so if you have a flat you are with no help. This jack can make your life easy and save you from a bad day. I recommend it. Fast delivery, as promised. Came without a protective box!!!!! It came in its display box, but thank god, it had no damages. Everything is OK. I love it. It is a keeper. It looks well built and i hope it will last a long time. Time will tell. Thank you for a good product.

On 24 Volt Lifts Tire Off in About 16 Seconds!
As an Alaskan I change tires/rims on two cross-over vehicles for my wife and I twice a year between our winter set and summer set. I was surprised that the instructions and label on this jack rated this as 12 volt or 24 volt power supply. It was only advertised as 12 volt so I was nervous to try this at 24 volt. I fly radio controlled aircraft and have a ton of different LiPo batteries. I plugged in a 6,000mah, 6S LiPo which specs at the 24 volt range. The LED lit up and it seem like the unit wasn't going to fry. I first lifted my cross-over front end. It lifted it with no problem in about 15-16 seconds. That time is after you've got the jack pad positioned touching the vehicle. Wow! When I lifted it at 12 volts it was a lot slower at maybe 30 seconds or longer. Then I lifted the front end of my F-150. No problem and it was about 16 seconds again for tire lift off! However; I did notice a little minor bit of what appeared to be smoke coming from the LED light area. Maybe that is just electronic breakin at its maximum volt. I couldn't feel any radiating heat from the unit. So I tested with about another half dozen complete lifts on the F-150. The jack worked flawlessly and the smoking around the LED went away. Instructions state that it needs cooling time after 10 minutes of continous use so I abided by that warning. Previously I had an electric scissor jack and it stripped its threads on the first lift. So hopefully this hydraulic unit will be durable over time. My LiPo used less than 1,000 mah on half dozen lifts. So in theory one charge I should be able to change tires/rim sets on 9 to 10 vehicles. Plenty of capacity. One thing that was a little odd is that the ball bearing wheels on the bottom of the jack make it a little awkward to position the jack pad. The wheels compress up into the unit as you apply upward lift on the vehicle. The pad positioning can move in that process as the jack can slightly tilt and roll forward or backward until the wheels fully compress. Wasn't a huge deal but be sure the pad is positioned correctly with the wheels fully compressed up. The wheels do make the unit easier to roll around on a hard floor or ashalt. Probably not recommended to lift on dirt or mud as that would gum up the wheels and the compression of the wheels into the unit. When unscrewing the pad to extend it up or down it goes quickly as the threads are large so that is a nice feature. The lowest height of the pad is not likely to accommodate low riding sedans or sport cars. I only drive AWD cross-overs and 4WD trucks so not an issue for me. The LED light is added convenience for positioning the jack. My wife's tires are stored at my garage condo so having mobile tire changing equipment is a huge plus. The jack doesn't come with a case or bag. The jack, wires and LiPO fits perfectly in my WORKPRO 16-inch Wide Mouth Tool Bag . It goes nicely with my other bag that includes Dewalt cordless impact, lugs, sockets, extensions, torque wrench, etc. for total mobility!

Take a Chance on me....(Abba)
Up front, I am very nervous when I buy something from a foreign company whose presence is all internet. No real website, no store, no place of business. If I weren't buying from Amazon, I would have passed on this one. The Eambrite Jack arrived on time. Cardboard is not the best packaging for a 26 lb chunk of metal. It had taken a couple of pretty good hits that crumpled one corner of the shipping box. Inside, the cardboard display box also showed damage. The jack itself was packaged in form-fitted Styrofoam that also was broken. The packing apparently did it's job, though, as the jack itself showed no damage. It's pretty well built. I have seen reviews suggesting that the cigarette lighter plug was loose fitting and tended to pop out. It's kind of a moot point because the manual says do not use your cigarette lighter as it will probably melt. The spec sheet says 25 amps. It comes with a female cg plug that converts the power cord to battery, clamp-on terminals. A wrap of dct tape around the cg plug connection solves the fit issue. I carry a little Mighty Max 12 AH battery in the truck to run a 12vdc to 110vac inverter for a variety of small, 110 volt items I use when I'm camping. The Mighty Max ran the jack without any problems. It took about 45 seconds to get the front tire of my Ford Sport Track (Explorer body) off the ground. (Front tire means you're lifting the engine.) It wasn't particularly noisy and the pitch of the motor didn't change when it started the heavy lifting (no evidence of strain). I jacked up my truck twice, and my Jayco Baha popup camper four times with no surprises. When I finished, the battery was at 90 percent. There are tiny wheels on the bottom that might work on pavement, but if you are on gravel, put a piece of cardboard under the jack so it will slide. Twenty-six lbs isn't much when you are just lifting it out of your pickup. On the ground, under the truck, it's enough to be cumbersome. Until the first time I tried to use it, I had a 3000 lb rated scissor jack that I thought would lift one side of my trailer.. Ratings tend to be creative. The Eambrite box says it is 10 ton. The spec sheet says 4.5 tons. It also warns not to jack something up and then leave it unattended. If you have to leave something up in the air for any length of time, I strongly suggest using a jack stand. For my uses, though, this jack handled everything I needed it to do, without a whimper.

Best jack in the shop
Why did you pick this product vs others?: We picked these for use in our fleet shop. We needed something to raise our semis and bucket trucks and for 200 bucks they are awesome. We will be ordering more.
