My son takes easily in juice
My son has issues with consistent bowel movements, this has really helped him and he takes it easily in a small cup of apple juice every morning.

I was given this tincture for my daughters digestion and it helps soothe her belly from gas and other digestive issues. It doesn't taste that great but put in juice she drinks it and knows it makes her belly feel better. I give it to her daily and it really works. We are working on healing her gut flora and this is helping in the process.

Helps Poop-Withholding Toddler Go With More Ease!
We purchased this for my 3-year-old who suffers from occasional constipation and has developed an aversion to pooping on the potty, thus withholding her poop and making it more difficult to eliminate in the long run. This liquid triphala has helped make it easier for her to go. The poop seems a little bit more "slippery" and easy to push out for her. I like that this is an herbal remedy and not a laxative. She's taking a dropper-full daily to keep things moving. The only downside to this product is that is tastes awful, but it tastes better than the "adult" version I bought from a different company. We've made it a routine that my daughter takes the triphala quickly, straight from the dropper and then chases it with milk or juice and a gummy vitamin. We initially tried mixing it in with milk, but it was too bitter for her and was a whole ordeal. If our routine keeps working, I will be purchasing it again! UPDATE: Still purchasing as of September 2022! Keeps my kid regular!
