I'm a shift worker and gym bunny so making sure I have all my meals prepped and with me is important. The bag is made of good quality as are the tubs and ice pack. I was concerned that it would only all fit in on the pics but the reality would be different but that wasn't the case. The bag insulated well so I didn't gave any concerns about the safety of the food while in the bag. The sizing of the tuns are great for someone (like me) who's obsessed with their macros. I'd recommend this bag to anyone who needs or wants to carry their nutrition for the day with them.

Very good bag

Whilst it's not the cheapest product on the market, nor the best quality, this has been a really good buy. Great for meal prepping and has helped me stick to my weight loss goals. The quality and drurability of the food containers is great but the shake and the pill dispenser both feel quote cheap and the pill dispenser broke quickly. Freezer blocks are good, it's good to have two!

Sick to death of eating warm sandwiches and squashed bananas,in the bottom of the bag,so bought this dinkey cool box.comes complete with two ice packs,which keep your sandwiches fresh and cool,with the six containers for your sandwiches. Lunchtimes are now more pleasant,knowing my sandwiches will be fresh and edible,no matter what time of day I need to eat

Brought this for my brother in law and he loves it! Really good quality, keep this cool for ages ! The pots are so easy to clean! And never had a spill the lids hold well .

This bag is brilliant for meal prepping a handful of meals for work or a short day trip. If you need a full day of meals I would suggest a bigger bag. However very very strong bag, compact and doesn't take up much space at all. The containers are great but again alittle shallow so sometimes needed 2 containers for 1 meal, so I used my own containers which fit in the bag perfectly.

This is a really good meal prep bag for travel, looks very small but you can fit alot in the supplied tubs, keeps cold with the freeze packs and also has a zip pocket on the side for other protein snacks

This is a great bag for everyone. it is a meals prep bag without the crazy price. the storage containers are great for a day of being out and you bringing more than just one meal. the is a lot of room inside the containers provided are a good size . it comes with a shaker cup with two storage compartments on the bottom for suppliments/meds and powder. and a pill storage container. that's nice. I like how it's becasue of the price and size for work I am there for 10 hrs. so I need space for stuff for the entire day since I don't do the 3 heavy meals a day I eat quick meals through out. and this system keeps everything everything orgnized. it also comes with a freezer pack to keep your stuff cold. there is a side slot for your shaker cup I put my large coffe craffe in there and it holds it firmly in place no worries about it falling out. I have only had this bag for 2 weeks so can't speak on how long it will last but it feels like a well constructed bag. I also enjoy the fact that it's a solid color no girly patters. most lunch bags are either too small, designed to be cute assories, disposable, or akward to carry with the rest of your stuff. this bag had everything i needed at a great price. time will tell how long it lasts but I am very happy.

El tamaño es ajustado pero es correcto. Los tuppers son de gran calidad , las placas de enfriamiento es un plus. El mezclador muy completo , tiene un sistema de espiral metálica que hace que no queden grumos. Compartimentos en el mismo mezclador para proteinas , creativa , etc También trae un pastillero . Muy completo.
