Weak.
This primer bulb is weak. It would not pump fuel up 8 inches. It was not suitable for use in boat because the fuel tank wa lower than the engine.

No complaints
This was purchased to replace an ancient priming bulb that came with my old boat. The old one quit passing gas to the fuel pump. I suspect it was manufactured in the days when gasoline did not have ethanol blended into the mix and the check valve eventually failed closed. As this one is rated for modern gasoline blends, it should work well. Quality appears fine and so far there have been no problems. Engine is a Mercruiser GM 6cyl in-line 250cu inch block and the gas flow at full throttle is fine.

Failed within 4 months - BUYER BEWARE
I bought this in April of this year. I've been noticing the bulb would not fully expand during engine idling or even with the engine off. I checked the vent line, changed the racor filter and verified the rest of my fuel system thinking it was having problems pulling fuel from the tank. I disconnected the primer bulb and it still wouldnt fully expand. I started squeezing it, not hooked up and it was really squishy inside, like fuel was trapped in it. I cutopen the bulb and found the inner bladder(clear plastic looking tube) had a small hole on the bottom and was allowing fuel to leak into the outer portion of the bulb. I've worked boats for over 25 years and have never had a bulb fail like this, especially so quickly. Dont buy!

Doesn't work out of the box. My old one was better and u had to beat it against the side of the boat while u pumped it
