UFO Cow Abduction: Beam Up Your Bovine (With Light and Sound!) (RP Minis)

I was looking for a quirky 'gag gift' and I chanced upon 'UFO Cow Abduction'. This little 'kit' is so well thought through; multiple different sounds, lights, well designed and very funny - all in one small package. You open the cockpit and press down on the alien's head to switch on. The UFO makes flying sounds and lights up and flashes, the UFO picks up the cow via a magnet and then the magnet triggers a cow sound. It has a stand and a faux grass base. Please keep in mind this is very small (as this is in a miniature gift series!) - but that is it's charm. I wouldn't want it to be any bigger. It's perfect for the desk. It doesn't take up much room and is a good conversation starter. It also comes with instructions and a small book. Each piece is well wrapped and packaged inside the small box. I read a couple of reviews below saying the cow was missing or the batteries were leaking - I opened the packages very carefully to check and everything is perfect in each example. I bought another one for myself and we bought one for our neighbour for his birthday. Ten out of ten WELL WORTH IT. I can't see how anyone could give this less than 5 stars! Brilliant!

If your into UFO's then this is worth the purchase its just silly and fun and cool.

If I could give this even more stars I would. It's cool, cute, funny AND you get The Cow Abduction Chronicles which is hilarious. This would make a fab Christmas gift for those that are into High Strangeness, paranormal, UFO and not forgetting the one and only Bigfoot fans.

This is a great novelty! A superb gift for a UFO enthusiast, and er.....someone who is still a kid at heart, i.e. me. Seriously, as well as being a boy’s toy , it makes a great ornament and conversation piece as it’s unique. One reviewer mentioned that the batteries were corroded: I opened mine and replaced the 3 x LR44 batteries as soon as I got it. I also applied a smear of Vaseline to the contact points on the device and between each battery, which helps prevent corrosion. I would also recommend getting a dome-shaped clear cover for it if it is going to be on display, Amazon have them and it prevents unwanted touching and dust. I love it!!!

Bought for a UFO/alien fancier, and so glad I did! I've read some reviews saying that the batteries didn't work, were corroded etc, this wasn't the case for me. It worked perfectly straight away. Yes it's small, but for me, that doesn't detract in any way at all - it's so brilliantly spot on! Like others have said, the sounds are great and loud for the size. Oh, and the lights are fantastic. It's addictively entertaining and I want one. Can't wait for the recipient to see it!

I bought this as a silly gift for someone that is obsessed with UFO's and conspiracy theories. He absolutely loved it! You have to put it together yourself, which for him is an added bonus because he loves that stuff. When he put it all together, he couldn't wait to show everyone. It's a little smaller than I expected, but the recipient loves it.

I recently bought the UFO Cow Abduction toy for my girlfriend who is absolutely obsessed with anything alien-related, and she loves it! This little gadget has been a big hit in our home. The design is adorable and quirky. The UFO looks fantastic, and the tiny cow being beamed up is just too cute. When we turned it on, the lights and sounds were surprisingly impressive! Ich habe das Ufo durch Zufall bei Amazon entdeckt und dachte mir, es müsste eigentlich für den Maßstab 1:87 geeignet sein. In der Tat, die mitgelieferte Kuh passt genau zu den Kühen, die ich auf meiner Modellbahn nutze, ich habe es für diese Rezension kurz zusammen gestellt. Es sieht dann wirklich so aus, als würde ein Traktorstrahl die Kuh erfassen und sie jeden Moment abheben lassen. Die magnetische Wirkung wird dann aber erst erzielt, wenn man mit dem Ufo näher an die Kuh gelangt, dazu gibt es hier ja schon Videos. Der Sound klingt hervorragend. Absolut tolles Gimmick, eine Bereicherung für die Modelleisenbahn, gerade für mich als Science-Fiction-Fan. Für den Preis sicherlich unschlagbar, daher 5 Sterne.
