Excellent camera
It work for the remote live stream, but the parking mode isn't working, it says to connect the parking cableUpdate jul 20, now this is not even connecting remotely, the unit show a red flashlight ligh. It was working before, but now it just stopped and when I reset the unit the blue solid light came on for a few seconds and then it goes back to red flashlight. I test all fuses and they are fine. I believe the unit itself just it isn't working anymore .Update July 22, 2026 in order for this to work properly with the camera, you need to purchase the data plan and the surveillance remote membership. Thank you for the customer support that reached out to clarify this issue.

Sim not working
I like it overall ,if anyone walks near the car it'll record and follow them while the car is off but here's the problem the first day if using it the remote surveillance worked flawlessly but then the Sim card stopped working ,so i dont know if it's with the Sim card or the unit itself. If that worked then ill easily give 5 starsUpdate:my data plan expired and had to get it renewed ,the support team were very helpful to solve the issue!

Amazon product unsatisfactory
No, I have been attempting to contact the seller regarding some technical 4G connection. No response via phone number provided. If I could return the dash cam and kit I would but it has already been installed on my vehicle. I would advise ppl not to purchase this item. Amazon should have done their due diligence on products they sell. I am really disappointed with this product and Amazon. I probably will be cancelling my Amazon subscription from over 15 years

Clarity of video
This dash cam is definitely worth it's weight in salt. Especially when you pair it up to the Wi-Fi kit connection. Super great. My soon to be college graduate love it. I installed it in the car her mom gave her. Works amazingly!
