Can I use this pot to make custard cream?

I use it to make Zabaione which is a combination of eggs, sugar and Marsala, whipped over heat to a frothy consistency so I can't see why not.

Seller, Can this be use to cook sugar in at high temps, Im assuming you can, but wanted to make sure?

Hello! Yes, you can use this pan to cook sugar. We also have a flat bottom sugar pan available as well. Thank you,Mauviel USA
