Good fit
These are very comfortable. I wear a 10.5, bought an 11 and it fits a little large, but fine. Made well. Warm on the feet. I would buy again.

Very comfortable- ordered a size up
My husband usually takes a size 9, but when these came they were a little small., The next size up we ordered was perfect. They are very comfortable and easy to put on and take off. They seem very well made. Happy with purchase.

Good orthopedic slippers
4 stars because they are good quality, easy to get on and off, but my husband says he hates the look of them. They aren't particularly attractive, I agree... but my husband is in his early 30's with psoriatic arthritis and his feet hurt constantly. His ortho dr recommended a pair like this, and my husband does like that the sizing was accurate, they aren't slippery so he doesn't have to worry about slipping, and they are very padded with a memory foam like material- making them thick and comfortable. There was maybe a slight smell of memory foam when opening, but it didn't seem to linger long. Overall, even though they may not look the cutest, these are good quality slippers for those in need of support or looking for a pair to help with arthritis.

Great slippers for the elderly and those with edema.
My elderly father has lower leg and feet edema. His old slip-on loafer slippers were difficult for him to get off and on. These slippers are so much easier that he can do it without help from me thanks to the Velcro openings. He says they are much more ‘cushy’ and comfortable. I did order up 2 sizes from his typical 11 (I got the xl 13/14) because of his swelling and also based on other reviewers suggesting that these run small. They were actually a little snug when he first put them on (not too tight though) but he said they have since stretched out slightly so they are now perfect.

a great fit
warm and comfy...my husband suffers from poor circulation. theses slippers fit him perfectly!!!!! and they are adjustable. he loves them as his foot often swells and there is no problem when it does as they can adjust to his foot problems.

"V" shaped opening vs "T" shaped opening is not working for severe swelling.
Hubby ordered. I would love to send back. Waste of money. He wants to keep them. He can't even wear them as he feet are so swollen that they look like balls. I purchased shoes that work perfectly. He needed a slipper in the same style. If you have severely swollen feet, the opening must be a "T" shaped opening where the top crossbar of the "T" opens downward all the way to the base of the toes. The ones that cross over do not open wide enough. The "T" design has Velcro on BOTH sides and can be adjusted accordingly. The crossover over opens up one side for the "V" opening and is not much more than an unlaced shoe. The "T" shaped opening on other styles literally has an approximate 2-3 inch rectangle opening all the way to the base of the toes. I guess this version would be okay if you just had slightly fat feet vs severely swollen fat feet. Hubby use to have skinny feet but trauma causes bad swelling now. He can't wear them nor will he let me send them back. They do seem okay, just not terrific.

UPDATED-A great slipper, especially for orthotics, high arches or overall hard-to-fit feet
UPDATE: Hubby has been wearing his slippers for 3 months, every evening for 4-5 hrs , and likes them as much or better than when he first got them. He has supination in his left ankle, so shoes, especially soft-bodied shoes, like a slipper, can lose their shape rather quickly. To be sure we could get these again, I just ordered another pair, a size 11 again, this time in brown, and again without original pkging so pd only $14.75. They were delivered in 2 days, in perfect condition, and he now has a spare pair in the closet. If you have a hard-to-fit foot or other foot issues, such as hubby, these slippers might something you want to try. They've been very good for hubby! ORIGINAL REVIEW: SIZING: If you normally wear a half size, I recommend going UP to the next size rather than downsizing. For orthotics or swelling, go up at least one full size, possibly two sizes depending on severity of swelling. The flap on the top helps with the fit. Hubby wears a size 10 D boot. I ordered these in 11 D, and they are a perfect fit and easy wear, even with his foot issues and orthotics. PRICE: I ordered a pair that did not come in its original packaging so got a discount, paid $17.00 rather than the listed price of $25. Great value, very satisfied with the condition and quality of the slippers received. No problems. REVIEW: These are a big hit with hubby, very comfortable and easy to wear on his hard-to-fit feet. He has extremely high arches which usually makes any slip-on foot wear impossible to get into. He wears an ortho brace on the L foot and often has his R foot wrapped. Because the flap on top of these slippers opens up the slipper, they're easy to get on. They accommodate his foot issues, are warm, easy to put on and wear for an extended time, just an overall great house slipper. They do have a hard sole, and he has worn them out to the garage, but he wouldn't wear them outside other than to just step out briefly to get something out of the truck, for example, but we live in the country, so that probably makes a difference. They get a high recommendation from here, especially if you have hard-to-fit feet or don't typically have good luck with slip-on footwear.

These slippers fit great thanks to the adjustable Velcro type strap. At first they may feel a little snug but after a couple of days the memory foam forms to your foot and they are very comfortable. Well made. The sole is sturdy yet flexible and not slippery. The upper part is soft and warm. Great slipper for seniors with poor circulation in their feet like me. Worth every penny.

I got these for a family member who has severely swollen feet and we have problems getting socks for. He has difficulties with lifting his feet when he uses his walker. He loves them because they are comfortable and easy to put on but can’t hardly walk across carpet because of the soles.
