This is a very solid, well made baking tin. The weight alone inspires confidence in both its performance and longevity. For the latter I’ll have to wait (!) but I don’t doubt it will last a very long time. As for performance - I’ve only used it once but the bake was perfect, with a very light brushing of oil nothing stuck (and I’d be surprised if it weren’t fine without oiling) - and cleaning was a breeze. I’m so impressed I’ve now invested in the 20cm one !!!

A lovely pie tin, a good weight too. A few previous tins I’ve tried are so light and flimsy, you can feel the quality with this. You can’t go wrong with Tala. Cooked a few pies and quiches already, good non stick, wipes clean and the loose bottom is perfect for releasing easily. Very happy with it so far.

Very good quality

After having a chat with my mum - expert quiche maker and 80 years old - she remembers having Tala branded items in her 'bottom drawer' when she got married. This is a brand that has stood the test of time. The quiche tin is the best I've ever used. It's strong and sturdy and a good size for my air fryer. All I needed to do was grease and flour the tin before adding the pastry. Once cooked, the loose bottom meant the quiche came out like a dream. I also used the Tala baking beads (also available on Amazon) when blind baking. Highly recommended!

Best quality non stick fluted tins. I haven’t found better quality. It’s true to the description. High quality, heavy duty, and no sharp edges. I only returned mine because I needed a bigger size but I was impressed by the quality

Good for what I wanted it for, however please be so careful when removing from the oven as it’s so easy to accidentally hold the centre and the fluted part slide down your arm. I literally have the most random looking scar on my arm from burning it. I do think this could be user error but I also think with how little surface you have to grab it without popping the centre out makes it very fiddly. I’ve used other pans like this with loose bottom and not had the same issue. Either way, don’t get a silly scar from it

Je l'utilise la moule de 15 cm pour des quiches d'une à deux personnes. J'apprécie la hauteur de 3,5 cm afin d'avoir un 'corps' de quiche/tarte assez épais. Cuisson parfaite avec pâte feuilletée et pâte brisée; antiadhésif, même sans huiler la moule. Je viens de commander une deuxième - comme ça, je fais deux quiches différentes en même temps pour en avoir du choix, selon les préférences des convives.

A very hood product. Cast iron that is very stable. Nothing get stuck on the surface. Excellent product!
