It comes in perfect shape and comes in original box just like if you bought from a DW store

Yes, it had the box, the cover that the box slides into, the document booklet and the little tool that helps you change the strap.

I have the watch since a year now and unfortunately it stopped working. Although we put in a new battery nothing changed. Is there a guarantee?
