My kids enjoyed this game.

Awesome
We have not played yet, but I know my son will love it! This is an awesome deck with multiple games you can play. I bought it specifically for go fish as my son loves that game with number cards but is struggling with letter recognition. The other games are just an amazing plus! I love how the cards have both long and short vowel cards. Very convenient that the long vowel cards have a yellow star in the corner to make separating the deck easy! The instructions give directions for both longer game play and shorter game play which is a plus for parents when kids want to play but time is restricting us! These cards can really grow with a beginning reader since it can be used first for letter recognition, then phonics and building Cvc words! These can be used as flash cards, memory game, slap jack, go fish, and more! The company gives 10 ways to play in the box! So excited to play with my son!

Great Product
This deck of Alphabet Slap Jack Cards is a perfect way to further immerse a young child into the world of letters and their sounds. What child, especially what boy, doesn't love Slap Jack? But there are several other games included to play with this deck. My 4 year old grandson loves them. The cards can be used as an active way to prepare a child for reading or as a passive way with the learning taking place only as necessary to play a particular game. The cards are good quality. There are individual cards for both upper and lower case letters. My grandson created a game in which we took turns drawing cards and placing them on the table in alphabetical order. When he forgot the name of a particular letter, he pulled out his alphabet tracing board, found the matching letter and, since he knows the alphabet song, was able to name the letter and put it in its place. Great game! I am a former teacher. This set of cards is more than worth their cost.

My sonโs favorite game!
My son (age 4) usually avoids anything that involves learning, but loves playing this game! Great way to review letters.

Great Card Game for Preschoolers!
This card game is perfect for pre-schoolers. The cards are sturdy, brightly colored and well designed. The pictures are super cute, and my daughter chuckles every time she sees the capital U with the underpants on it. The letters are bright, big and easy to read; the pictures help distinguish confusing letters like lowercase u and n, b and d, and lowercase l. Included with the directions for Alphabet Slapjack are multiple other games, including flash cards, go fish and memory. My 4 year old prefers slapjack, but we've tried them all. I came back to the product not just to write a review, but also because I am buying 2 more sets as part of her end of the year teacher gifts.

Great game for learning
Great set of cards! They are simple enough but also require attention and teach basic letter/sound recognition. It was a fun game to play with my son who is 6. Helps him learn when he doesnโt even realize it. And the possibilities are endless as to how you can enhance learning for example I added that we had to say a sentence with a word that started with the letter rather than just a word. I would definitely give as a gift. Clear pictures and letters and sturdy cards as well.

Fun and easy way to learn
My 4 year old gets frustrated with learning her alphabet the conventional way. I read alot of reviews and spent alot of time trying to find something that would spark interest. I love this game because there's more than one game you can play to limit getting bored. We played an easy version of go fish (it took 45 minutes with alot of review) However, she laughed and smiled the whole time. At the end of the game she knew which letters were lower case and uppercase (all of them!) And at least half of her alphabet. We work with her a couple times a week with this game and I must say she has improved and it's no longer a frustration on our part or hers trying to learn. I highly recommend.
