Do these scales connect to the phone via bluetooth? or to wifi?

Thank you for your question! The app can be connected to the scale via Bluetooth.

Is this also compatible with Hauwei health app?

No, I'm afraid that it is not compatible with Hauwei health app, but it can sync your data to some fitness app, like Apple Health, Google Fit or Fitbit

Does this measure in stones?

I have found this too that the conversions are incorrect. Very annoying when you are relying on the app to track your weight.
