See only for the girls I am being extremely honest here about the review. There is nothing to be ashamed of as we are talking about an extremely natural process here. I have extremely heavy bleeding during the first two days. I generally try to go to the washroom most of the time if possible during the first two days as the due to the pressure of the urine the blood tends to flow out as well. Although the place from where the blood comes out and the urine are different places. Now these are night panties and very comfortable as well. Extremely soft. You don't need to wear panties over it. Very comfortable really. I feel they are quite good in absorbing. But still need to try and wait and not go to the washroom and let the extreme blood flow gush out and then I would be able to tell you more for extremely heavy bleeders. But for moderate bleeding girls I suppose according to me it's a good thing while travelling or night time. Will update again. The product absorbed quite a lot as I am an extremely heavy bleeder I know. Although I want to mention one thing they need to go upto size XXXL with their product. As there size chart goes like this. I will write it down here for reference - Waist size S - M's [ (52cm - 90cm) which is ( 20inch - 35inch) ]and waist size M - L's [ (60cm - 100cm) which is (24inch - 39inch) ]. Now I would suggest if a girl is maximum upto a waist size of 38inch and hip size of 47inch then she can wear the size M-L and ofcourse if she is slimmer than that then it can be decided according to her size. But if someone is above the waist size of 38 inches or above the hip size of 47 inches then it wouldn't fit them. For those girls they need to make a larger one. I think they should atleast go till double XL or XXXL as well.
