You definitely have to mix this with milk. I use oat milk. I tried it with water and was so disgusted I was ready to return it. I couldn't believe the reviews were so good... Then I tried milk and that made a huge difference. It's very good! I have one scoop for breakfast.

I been taking lot of protein products but is different from all the other kinds out there. Very good no sugar added natural.

So far so good. Does keep me full for about 3 to 4 hrs. The taste is excellent compared to other shakes I've tried.

I’m not sure how much I like the product unfortunately I cannot get pass the flavor.

I ordered vanilla flavor. They sent me the strawberry flavor in the vanilla container. It tastes a bit chalky and the sweetener tastes artificial. Consistency is a bit weird. I won't buy this again.
