Potato Starch, Resealable Stand up Bag, 22 ounce (Pack of 4)

As a home baker and cook with Celiac disease, this is a pantry staple for me. I use it in my gf flour blend, and have never had any quality issues with it.

I've used cornstarch or flour for deep fry coatings. Why not try potato starch the secret of Asian fried anything. Chicken tenders that are crispy outsides and juicy insides that cannot be beat. The secret of japanese chicken karaage........don't tell anyone, you'll be the top chef!!!!!

Potato Starch is a resistant starch of type 2, which some say is beneficial for gut bacteria. For cooking, it can be used to thicken gravies, sauces, curries etc, and unlike arrowroot, does not need to be cooked off, you can just stir it in whilst the food is hot. Great stuff!
