I bought this a year ago to help secure rugs for my senior dog with mobility issues. I went pretty wild with it and put down like 8 strips of it the full width of the longest rug. I figured I would regret that decision later but she was safe for the time being. Sadly I can now lift my rugs and I just had to search to come back to this product. I was prepared for hours of scraping with a hair dryer but to my surprise it came off cleanly, leaving the floor and the rug like it had never been there. Most strips pulled off in one piece. By folding the edge of the rug cleanly backwards upon itself and pulling most of the tape just stuck to the rug instead of the floor and then I just pulled it off the rug. I am well and truly impressed. I do remember it was a bit hard to handle the sticky strips in the beginning but they were low profile and have worked like a charm to hold the rug and coming off- dang it was amazing. I still can’t believe I got away with no major cleanup.

We used this tape at a convention and bought some cheap grass looking material from Home Depot and we used this tape to secure it to the concrete floor at the convention center and it worked out great. At the end, we were worried that we were gonna wreck the padding on the Fake Grass by ripping the tape off, but the tape came off very clean and we're able to reuse the pad again.

This rug tape is the best and strongest rug tape Ive ever purchased. I have laminate floors and have a bunch of runner rugs which this tape works perfectly on. The adhesive is very strong. Its actually very thin tape. Very compatible with any type of flooring. Easily removable. Leaves no residue. Definitely keeps my runner rugs in place and the amount you get for the price is amazing.

Love this product. Only thing that actually stays and keeps my rugs in place with my high energy dogs. Only problem is it does leave a residue on the floor that takes some effort to clean off. other than that great product.

Using this to secure a runner to wall to wall carpet and it appears to be doing the job! Our home had lower end wall to wall carpet and we have a nicer area rug on top of the wall to wall. We were developing a wear path next to the area rug and purchased a 19’ runner for the path. We had concerns about creating a trip hazard so wanted to be sure the runner would stay in place. So far so good! Installing was a little tricky due to the length but do-able. Reviews indicated if removing there could be an issue with residual glue but we opted to accept that possibility.

i bought this tape 6 years ago and have rugs that have never moved and corners never lifted....if you are looking for something to tape down rugs, nothing is better on the market

This works WONDERS for carpet on carpet, I was almost ready to give up trying the others but thank goodness I didn't the hold is AMAZINGLY STRONG but I was still able to pull up & reapply quickly if I messed up now that's strategic to do‼️Your going to need a NEW FRESH RAZOR BLADE to cut the tape... scissors ✂️WON'T cut it🚫 It cut like butter with the blade then put tape on carpet & peel off from the corners with the razor blade pushing down on the sticky part & wallah magic but I would definitely by again this is a life changer for high traffic rug areas

Does its thing. Good grip doesn’t damage floor.
