very userfeul for operations problems
POM-QM was very useful as it add functionality for all of the operations managment problems i worked for for an operations class. looks like old technology was used to build the intterface so not a clean as recent programs but again, works great and is comprehensive.

It is useless for me
Did not include CD..nor did it mentioned when I was purchasing. On top I have to pay to return it!

it was very nice book with nice CD. help you to solve any OR problem. I do recommend this book.
