Comfort Memory Foam Neck Roll and Cervical Bolster Round Pillow with Removable Washable Soft Cover for Spine and Neck Back Lumbar Leg Vertebra Support (18x6 inch Pillow)

I have been using a smaller neck pillow for years and this is the best one I have had. The memory foam seems too big around at first, but as it warms up and conforms to your neck it gives just the right amount of support for a pain free night's sleep. It could be a little longer, though for us side sleepers. When I roll over sometimes I roll right off of the pillow.

I was looking for a pregnancy pillow to use in between my legs or to support my back when I lay on my side. It didn’t work for that but the pillow is really great for the neck and I’m sure will be good for the back and legs after I have my baby. My husband loved it. As for pregnancy, I’m still testing the pillow in between my legs seems to work for short periods of time. The support on the back when I lay on my side doesn’t work because the pillow rolls. It doesn’t stay in place. The pillow cover is amazingly comfy and the pillow in general has good quality. It would be good for meditation too.

I'm typically a belly sleeper but have been adjusting my position to sleeping on my back and side. This pillow has really helped with that transition and is comfortable for back sleeping as it curves with the neck. Back sleeping with a normal pillow gave me neck pain and this does the opposite! Relieves tension even. It's more firm than I expected, which was weird for me to adjust to at first but by the fourth night I settled on liking it. The firmness allows for side sleeping without your head sinking into the pillow. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish it were slightly longer to make it easier to cuddle while side sleeping.

At first I thought this was a mistake but it really helps my stiff neck in the morning. I just put a thin pillow closer to top wall and this under my neck. Better than the ten cervical pillows Ive bought recently.

This company makes a regular and an extra firm neck roll. I ordered the regular, but think I might have been sent the firm in error. If this is the regular one, the extra firm one must be made of concrete because this thing is HARD! It causes severe pain between my shoulder blades at the base of my neck. The cover is sturdy, but the fabric is easily "picked" and also is textured so does not feel the softest against my skin. It is removable for washing but I still don't understand why they would put a white cover on a neck roll. It easily gets sweat stains. With all that being said, I would still order another one if they had a less firm version. The foam inside is just really high quality. I also have the larger version they offer for lower back/knees. It is so comfortable that my husband and I fight over who gets to use it. Our cats like to prop up against it when they sleep too.

I ordered the neck support pillow because I have cervical neck issues and other pillows didn’t offer the kind of support I need. I tried feather and shredded memory foam pillows, but they would never stay in the curve of my neck and I’d wake with neck pain. When the Litotree pillow arrived, my first thought was that it was going to be too high; however, after sleeping on it a few nights, I’m happy to report that because the memory foam adjusts, I was able to get comfortable and sleep through the night. So far I have not had the morning neck pain, so overall I’m happy with this pillow. (Tip: If you sleep in a cold region and like to leave your bedroom windows open, be prepared for the pillow to feel very stiff until it warms up a bit, lol.

Did not come with a removable pillow case/cover...

I’m not sure how to rate this. The first one I bought is a dream!!! I love it it’s perfect! Soft and squishy with support. I can back sleep or side sleep with no problem. I bought my husband and son one later and they are both super hard. Not squishy/no give and they hurt their necks and back to use. Of course they did not tell me until after the return window closed.

Éste es ahora mi segundo mejor aliado en la cama. Tengo un problema con las cervicales y sólo hasta que empecé a usar una almohada de soñare. Empecé a mejorar y evite la operación, pero cuando se me olvida en otra casa uso esta y también duermo muy bien, he tenido otros colchones de estos circulares, supuestamente de memory foam pero este es el mejor de todos si es rígido, blando y amigable. A la vez me encantó ampliamente recomendado

Over all it's a good neck pillow. The one thing I feel could be improved is either the size or density of the memory foam. It could be larger because when you use it , it condenses till your head hits the bed thus not giving the neck as much support as I would like. So I just bend it and that works OK.
