Perfect for egg custard!
I used these Japanese style pots to make Chawanmushi it worked out perfectly. For the price they are well made and the lids are perfect for when using the pots for steaming. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Cute and Unique Pots
Small pots but yes, perfect for Japanese dishes but also for chai or serving chutneys or salt and pepper containers. You can get really creative here.

Beautiful design
Product seems to be able to easily chip as one of the cups has a few dings, but these may just be minute imperfections that come with a hand made product. I have not dropped them as I imagine such a fall would break them. Products reliably keep my oatmeal warm, Design has the cup feel small, but it is a good size for a drink. The color is gorgeous and a great piece to have.

Perfect Size- Easy to use
It's the perfect size to make a single serving of chinese style steamed egg pudding. It's also super easy to clean and store. It's a quality product that I'd buy again or as a gift.

Small cute dishes! A little small for how much chawanmushi I prefer to eat, it should be a main course in my opinion, but I use them for plenty of other things such as small desserts, sauces for individual meals, etc.

not just for chawanmushi! great for creme brulee - surprisingly good in withstanding thermo shock. also make nice tea cups when I don't need to steam any snacks. just adorable.

Mini Suppen Set mit schöner Blütenprägung.
Misosuppe selber wärmen oder Eiersuppe kochen im Mikroofen. Das Cinf ist wie zwei kleine Japanische Kochtöpfe mit Deckel zu verstehen. Die beiden Schalen lassen sich erwärmen oder mit heißen Wasser versehen und der Deckel schützt das Gericht. Uns haben die Blumenmuster sehr gut gefallen. Ein neues Set in unerer Küche. Ein bißchen größer hätten sie allerdings sein können. Sie haben Teeglasgröße.

Sehr schön
Die japanischen Suppenschüsseln sehen einfach stilecht aus. Die Keramik scheint hochwertig zu sein. Der Deckel schliesst gut ab, so dass eine Suppe lange warm hält.
