The product was excellent. Really liked it but received a damaged piece. I had ordered similar one of other design & very much liked it, hence it was kind of repeat order. Look wise it was excellent. But the holder part glass was having slight crack. That would mean if I try to hang it will simply break. One feedback, knowing that the entire weight of the light is suspended from the 3 screws at the holder, the manufacture should make that portion little thicker to withstand weight & pressure. Other than that no issue. Will recommend.

Very decorative but missing right components to install it
Looking decorative, but not delivering right component to install it...e.g no big washer to be fitted from inside the lamps ( shown in installation video) not delivered with the shade, washer delivered is not suitable to fit it...useless

Unsafe hanging mechanism
Looks great, but very flimsy and ill-designed mechanism to hang. After 6 hours of installation the lamp came crashing down to the floor. It was sheer luck that my kids were sleeping at that time. We just averted an accident! It damaged my furniture and scattered pieces of glass all over the floor. The technician said that the flimsy screw-hold was the concern... there was no safety feature for hanging such a heavy glass lamp. No holes, no holder inside, just a few screws tightened (not inserted) to hold the glass with the holder. Please buy at your own risk. Request Amazon to please intimate the dealers for this manufacturing defects.
