This is the best tuna! it beats Genova hands-down in this era! Buy it you will be HAPPY,Great taste
Great Quality, itโs actually almost solid, packed tuna and itโs actually in olive oil with a little bit of water! This is yellowfin, which I love it has a great taste.Iโve been trying to find a good can of tuna to replace the brand I used to eat all the time that has gone to pot. This tuna is recommended by wire cutter, the product rating group of The New York Times and they got it right This is the one you want to buy!I purchased one can to try it, and now I will again be able to purchase a quality tuna by the case.(bye bye Genova! I ate Genova tuna for years and years and now itโs like cheap chunk light tuna put in the blender In chopped finer then packed in water, even though it says olive oil. Too bad it used to be the bestโฆ)

Good quality tuna
This definitely is worth the extra money. You get meaty chunks of tuna that's great over salad or whatever you want some extra protein on. I eat it with a handful of Napa cabbage and some chickpeas for a protein and fiber packed quick meal.

Super taste
Some of the best tuna I've had in a while canned tuna that is.I always prefer oil tuna over water but now the word is getting out of seed oils This is a no-brainer in Virgin olive oil.If you put a couple cans of these on a salad you don't even need salad dressing.

The flavorful tuna of the 1960s has returned
Sandwiches made with tuna mixed with mayo have been a staple of my diet for sixty years. But over the years, beginning in the 70s, the amount of the tuna in the can began to resolutely shrink. Worse, though, for me, tuna packed in water instead of oil quickly made a leap to prominence. Bumble Bee's best, solid albacore packed in water, became increasingly bland and watered down. When I discovered this solid Tonno packed in olive oil in the supermarket, it was instant love. The tuna flavor was back, and packed in healthy olive oil. My great fear is that they will remove it from the market without warning, thus I've come to stock up on it via Amazon.

Try this tuna.
Bumblebee Tonno is the only tuna I will eat, assuming I can get it! Which is why I purchased 12 cans: it is often unavailable where I normally shop. If you do not like olive oil, stop rigt here. Do not buy it. But if you do, this is the best tuna I have found for a reasonable price. Btw I got the 12 cans for exactly the store price where I shop, so that's good. Anyway it is very densly packed, it has a nice color (not blanched white) and it tastes great. Nuff said, I guess.Comment added January 2022. Received my last shipment in November and placed in pantry. When I retrieved a can recently I discovered it was NOT Bumblebee tonno but white albacore in water and not even close to the same quality. So while the tonno still gets 5 stars whoever sent me this last order gets ZERO stars. About all I can say about this tuna is, well, itโs tuna I guess.
