Very good design. Comes with temp control . Easy to install. Water remains hot for a long time. A good product which comes with 2 years warranty of heating element and 3 years of the plastic body . Value for money .

Pros: compact design, silent operation, autocutoff works well, power consumption is also very less, water never losses temprature even when it is about to run out of hot water,. Installation was very professionally done, all spare parts where included in box. Cons: its not a instant water heater(which consumes lot of electricity) though a 15 min wait is enough for this to give you hot water, highest temp of water comes after 20 min and a cutoff.

installation was easy, except the wire was short, I bought a 3 meter of 2.5 mm, 3 core for extending it upto the plug the pipes that came with it were of good quality and long

It is compact and fits perfectly above the false ceiling in my apartment which is a critical deciding factor for my purchase. Racold installation person was good. Immediate follow up same day the product got delivered. Temperature control and the heating efficiently great. Overall fantastic product.

The geyser works well. But it has been only a week since I am using. So far so good. Need to see the performance after using it for a while. As far the price is concerned, it could be little cheaper. Amazon doesn’t deliver on time. Need to follow up with the customer care every time I order a FBA product.

I bought this product on Aug 22, got delivered by Aug 25th. Racold gave free installation, only charged 120 rs for some fittings, pipes were free. Very good product. Delivery was prompt and Installation was done the next day of delivery after contacting Racold through email. Please contact Racold through email, they are responding. Thanks Amazon for this very good product.

Quiet happy.

Low quality and very poor customer support. One has to spend half day to talk to customer support just to hear from them that they don't know anything. Every information that you ask shall be given to you by the technician. You ask for the cost of replacement parts, service cost, or be it anything, they just don't disclose anything so that the technician and the franchise can loot you their desired price. You have to spend four hundred for every technician visit even just to get to know the cost of replacement parts. I don't suggest Racold considering their poor quality of the product and after sales support which is practically a loot designed to just get business to their franchise. Issue: tank leakage
