My friend has ibs and after his stroke he sometimes can't hold his bowels. Can these handle that kinda mess?

Wi have a 40 inch waist. should i order s/m or l/xl?

My husband's waist is 44 and these are just right for him. I would try the l/xl then downsize if needed. They expand as needed but aren't baggy.

When are they going to make a size big enough for a 48-50 inch waist (i.e. a big butt!)? these "xl" are not "xl" enough.
