Nearly 6 Years Old and Still Works Well
I've had this item for 5 years, 9 months and counting. I'm completely satisfied. It's been in constant use and still works perfectly well. I actually bought one in black for home use and one in brown for the office. Upon retirement I brought the work one home and put it in the living room. I love the one-touch feature for power, whereas my previous Mr. Coffee model had a manual switch and no auto-shutoff. The three temperature settings are fantastic, and I use all three of them. The highest setting is hot enough to warm a cold cup of coffee. The automatic shut-off feature was ideal for work, and although used less at home it's still a nice safety feature. Every once in a while, you run across a product that exactly matches your needs and expectation. I consider this a spectacular item at a fair price.

Works very well
Gave this as a gift for my mother and she loves it. She eas constantly forgets to drink her coffee and would get distracted and just leave it and it gets cold. Then she would have to microwave it multiple times. With this she just sets it on and it keeps is warm. It will eventually turn off if left on for a long time. It does have a cord so it has to be plugged in

Best cup warmer-update
Edit: 2 years later. I’ve had this cup warmer for almost 2 years and it still works like the day I got it. I’m going to keep the 4 star rating that I gave it because, like I said in my original review, it requires me to keep a mug sock and napkin on my coffee cup to keep it piping hot but overall the warmer is great and when this one dies I will buy the same one again. I use it every day and so far it’s lasted 2 years and is still working as new. Original review: I like my coffee HOT and this cup warmer does a good job of keeping the coffee from getting cold and preventing me from having to get up and microwave it. It is very sturdy and well made and I like that it has the three heat settings though I almost never use anything but the high setting. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that with 3 heat settings I expected the high setting to be hotter. If you are getting to the bottom of the cup of coffee, 1/4 cup for instance, it will keep that coffee hot, not warm. But if you have a full cup it will not keep your drink piping hot but rather warm to slightly hot. As you can see in my picture, I put a wool cup cozy on my cup and I always put a napkin or paper towel on top of my cup to prevent heat from escaping the top. With those additions this warmer keeps my coffee at the hot temperature that I like to drink it at. Though I would have liked the hot setting to be a little hotter, this warmer is still great and probably one of the best on the market.

Fantastic Product - If Used Right - Read on
I'm going to skip the part of how nice this item is to have. There are more than enough reviews that attest to that. This device will do its job, and do it very well. Just keep the following things in mind: 1. This is NOT a hot plate. If your coffee is cold when you use this, it will be lukewarm at best. It simply helps to maintain the beverage's temperature. BIG difference. 2. Watch out for those Buttons - They are 'touch-enabled,' so if you are not careful, you may graze your fingers over it and inadvertently either turn it on or turn it off. The former is the bigger problem because there IS NO AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF. You don't want to leave it unattended and left on. 3. No Beeps - Despite other reviews, mine does not beep when you touch any buttons, so I don't know if the later ones had this beeper thing removed. In any case, I don't have them. 4. IF YOU USE CREAM IN YOUR COFFEE - By all means, by a set of those stupid-looking, but absolutely essential rubber coffee mug covers [they look like umbrella tops]. If you don't and leave your cup unattended on the warmer, the cream will congeal and the coffee and mug will be gross in no time flat. Those covers keep the moisture in, as well as assist in keeping the coffee warm. You'll get some condensation drips each time you remove them, but a small price to pay. 5. I find it better to use the highest setting when the cup is full, and then work your way down as you consume your beverage. Else, you will go from a nice warm cup of coffee to a scalding one in no time. Hope all this helps. Buy this - you won't be disappointed.

Best Device Ever!
I am a very slow coffee drinker... (hmm, not very complimentary) I must love microwaving coffee... (hmm, let's try again) I like to SAVOR my coffee in the morning! (much better) And because of this I spend a lot of time reheating it. I like drinking from mugs because you can put them in the dishwasher so I save my insulated cup for travelling. Mugs are fairly bad at keeping heat in. Enter coffee mug warmer. This little device is my favorite purchase in years! There are many things I like about it. - First, the more important, it works. Keeps coffee hot! In fact if you cover the top of the mug it can actually reheat coffee from lukewarm to hot. It's powerful. - Three temperature settings for versatility. I start on the hottest (red) and find myself dialing it down as the mug empties to maintain perfect temperature. - Larger mug surface than most other warmers I have seen - Aesthetically there may be more sleek models out there. This one is pretty basic but the touch-sensitive controls are LED, contrast nicely, and lend a modern look to this device. When not in use it blends in nicely with my black desk. - 4 hour automatic shutoff is a great thing for empty or forgotten mugs (this is a new feature so some reviews don't mention it) Random details: - Plate reads at 275F on high, ceramic mug base is 130F, coffee inside at about 120F. The effectiveness will depend on your environment. If you have a desk fan blowing past your mug things won't work out so well. - The bottom (desk side) of the unit gets fairly warm but it is not excessive and there is an air gap to the desk. I have a glass desk and it gets mildly warm. - Wood desk? I set it on a piece of wood for half an hour and the wood got up to around 130F. This is not "hot" for wood, you can touch it and it just feels warm, but it is also not ideal for furniture. If it was my desk I would probably put it on a large ceramic coaster just to be safe. - I feel the need to say this because I keep reading of people putting plastic mugs on these or blocking the vents with cloth oven mits underneath and they wonder why things go wrong. Don't be that person. No more trips to the microwave for me!

Eh, better than nothing I guess
I wanted this to be a game changer but it’s just ok. First of all, go look at your coffee mugs and see how many have a completely flat bottom. Most mugs are not. But these instructions say it’s best to only use flat bottomed mugs. So be aware. Second, this does NOT keep it hot. It keeps it warm. Yes, warm is better than the cold it gets without using this, so it’s better than nothing. But I was really hoping for a way to keep it hot longer. And lastly, while the liquid is only kept warm, it keeps the mug itself so hot it’s actually too hot to hold other than the handle and putting my hands around the mug burns my hands! This could be because the bottoms aren’t completely flat but still, I’m shocked at how hot it gets and still my coffee is only warm. I’ve tried mugs made of all kinds of different materials and all are the same. Because of how hot it keeps the mug I’m concerned that after awhile my mugs might actually crack. For now I’m using it but I’m already on the hunt for a better option.

Versatile
It has three heat settings and heats up pretty quickly. Seems to hold the temp of your beverage well. Sits on my desk as it takes up little space.

Perfect cup warmer
I own three of these and they all do exactly what you want them to do. Haven’t had a problem with any of them and I’ve owned a couple of them for a year and a half.

Robusto y potente
Consume unos 40 w. al enchufarlo.Luego se autoregula. Para el café,la potencia mínima es suficiente. Me llegó con enchufe americano/chino ( con fusible ).Afortunadament,va con tornillos.Se lo he cambiado sin problemas

It works! Very effective. With the right mug you can brew hot tea from cold water
It is important to use it with the right mug, it must not be insulated and it will work best with a flat bottom and a lid to keep the heat in. I use it with the "Lixada Titanium Cup, Portable Camping Picnic Water Cup Mug 420ml". It is a nice looking titanium camping mug. I have even added a "Neoprene Cooling Beer Drink Bottle Tin Can" for extra effectiveness. This new version has no audible beep noise as other users were complaining about. This has a thermostat, in my case, if I leave it in blue it will warm my coffee even from cold to nicely hot but still drinkable. I never use pink or red as it will continue to heat up to too hot. As I said, it has a thermostat, so once your drink is hot it will stop heating and will only heat again if the temperature of the cup drops. When it is heating it draws 48W. When not heating or off, it will draw 0.9W, as many appliances do, so I turn the switch off from the wall when not in use. I am very happy with the purchase and I would buy again.

Works great!
Defo does what it should and keeps a mug hot all night! Quite stylish in design, seems durable enough. Do be warned the hot plate is a hot plate: pets around it should be considered/monitored...

De lo mejor
Para bebida tibia, caliente y muy caliente, no tiene graduación pero no se extraña. Impermeable. Fácil de lavar. Yo llevo dos años con el mío usándolo continuamente y no hay queja de ningún tipo.

HOT STUFF 👍👍
This mug warmer is one of the best on the market. I ordered the wood grain one which looks quite nice and is much better than a white one that shows every little mark or drip or black that shows every fingerprint and fleck of dust. It’s fairly solid and well built unit. I have some thicker tempered glass coffee cups from Nespresso that have a thicker bottom and this mug warmer keeps my drinks in those cups very warm, warmer than any other warmer I’ve owned to date. I recently got a microwaveable single wall borosilicate coffee cup and when placing my HOT coffee on this warmer works wonders and a few times in the week I’ve owned it, it actually got warmer as time went on and made for extremely enjoyable cups of coffee. One thing people have to remember is that NO mug warmer is designed to warm up your beverage, they are designed to keep your hot beverage warm. So starting with a hot beverage helps a great deal. As said above, to date this is one of the best warmers I’ve ever had out of 5 other warmers. It may not be the best warmer in the world but it’s pretty darn close especially for the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
