Can this be used in ethylene and propylene ?

They say: "Mixes with all ethylene glycol based anti-freeze/coolants" I'd say that propylene is a no go. But to double check I'd take a run at the Gunk web site where the product information might be a little more extensive.

how much do you add to antifreeze?

I add the entire can. I try to put it directly into the radiator if possible, but it will eventually get there through the overflow tank also.

Can i mix this with the ford yellow antifreeze?

Most likely it shouldn't be an issue but to be honest the antifreeze available now is much better than what was available years ago and also lasts longer, when the antifreeze is good (correct dilution and no older than a few years old ) and changed regularly I have never seen any internal rust.

Can you use this in a Jeep Grand Cherokee ?

You can use in any cooling system. I put anti-rust in all my vehicles once a year and my radiators stay clean. I have been doing this for 35 years. $14.99 is not a good price for this product. It pays to shop around. There are plenty of companies that make anti-rust.
