Excellent book

I bought this for my daughter, somewhat skeptical of its quality. As soon as I started flipping through it, I went back and ordered another one for myself. The layout and typography are beautiful, the size is perfect, the cover has exactly the right gravitas, and most importantly the prayers themselves are glorious, heart-stirring, true-to-life echoes of the best piety of our forefathers. "I need to repent of my repentance," writes one. Oh indeed, you and me both, my more excellent brother! Just wonderful, practical prayers for real Christians, written in the exalted prose that we would do well to learn anew, and to offer anew unto God.
