A Christmas classic! It's wonderful that this set contains the other Grinch cartoons Halloween Is Grinch Night and The Grinch Grinches the Cat In the Hat. The best Blu-ray release of this Christmas Special. Dr. Seuss, Chuck Jones, and Boris Karloff! I grew up watching this cartoon and I continue to watch it to this day!

I bought it thinking it was just the 1960’s version and saw that it has added stories to it. Super nostalgic and one of my favorite Christmas movies!

4-stars because this was free for 3 weeks, and then suddenly, it was $19.99 to buy it.. But its the original Grinch and my kids love it. The quality and picture are good for the movie being so old.

A fun Christmas tradition for our family! We have watched this every year. In fact I watched it the first time it was broadcast on TV back in the 1960’s. I didn’t realize how vivid and bright this cartoon was until I watched it in color—and that wasn’t until the mid 1970’s. The story is timeless and my son has been able to enjoy this edition in high resolution. We like this version because of the extras that are included. There’s commentary by the actress who voiced Cindy Lou Who, interviews with the songwriter and composer, and a special that I hadn’t seen in years that was on TNT: a feature narrated by the late SNL alumni Phil Hartman on the history of this animated classic. If that wasn’t enough, there’s two additional Grinch cartoons included: “Halloween is Grinch Night” and “The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat.”

この世界観、大好きです♪ 家のデッキで普通に見れますよ～。 吹き替えや字幕は、日本語はなく英語ですが、全て英語でも問題なしです！

英語教師をしています。１０年ほど前に、アメリカからのALTがこのアニメについて教えてくれました。英語がわからなくても、クリスマスのイメージが伝わります。その当時は、このALTが持っていたアメリカのテレビ放送のビデオを使用しましたが、画像も音もあまりよくありませんでした。実写版のグリンチもおもしろいですが、やはりオリジナルのこのアニメの方が素朴で好きです。昨年、クリスマス直前に注文しようとしたら、到着が遅くなりすぎて、授業に間に合わなくなってしまうため、断念しました。（昨年は、ルドルフ〜赤鼻のトナカイ〜を使いました。こちらも好評でした）今回は、今年のクリスマスシーズンの授業のために早めに購入しました。現在は支援学校に勤めていますので、知的障害のある中・高生にこのビデオを見せようと思っています。家に遊びに来た小学生（２年生）や幼稚園年長さんも、英語でしたが楽しくみていましたよ。
